EVANGELISTIC FILM CRUSADE AT A SHOE FACTORY

We thank the Lord, the car can now be used for crusade activities. Now we are using it for the mission and crusade activities. Last October 15, 1999 we went to JOLYNCH, a shoe factory in Dasmarinas, Cavite and aproached the manager at about 11 A.M. for us to conduct a film showing and Bible study, which he responded favorably. At about 6pm, the manager gathered the factory workers in the office room. We showed the film entitled, "The World that Perished", a film about the flood and Noah's Ark. After the film, I preached on II Peter 3, about the coming judgment of God which is fire instead of water flood. About 50, attended and about 25 accepted the Lord and Savior.

Praise God for the response of the many factory workers and that they are willing for more Bible Studies.
Praise God we have a visitor last Sunday. Shown in the picture above is Bro.Rico sharing the gospel to our first time visitor after the worship service.
Pray for the manager and the factory workers that they will continue to be interested in learning more about God.
Pray for those who professed faith that they will be sincere and that they will desire more of God's Word which is the pure milk for spiritual growth.
Pray that we can conduct more Indoor and Outdoor Mass Evangelsims in various places.
Pray for the spiritual training of men and women for God's work. Women are effective in teaching children while men are effective in preaching and they need to be trained.
Pray for our travel in Albay and our Bible seminar there as well as the wedding of Bro. Manny.
Pray for my need of crusade vehicle that can carry equipments

WORDS ON EVANGELISM AND MISSIONS

Worldliness kills the enthusiasm of God's people to witness. It makes Christians complacent about soul winning. It destroys God's people and makes them unwilling to be involved in evangelism and missions. There are 3 kinds of people in this world. The first group are those who see things happen. They know many are dying without Christ and yet they are doing nothing. The second group are those who do not know what is happening. These kind of Christians just do not care and are ignorant of the truth and their responsibilities. They do not know the secret of the joy of the Christian. The third group are those who make things happen. If there are no opportunities to witness, they create opportunities. Soul winning gives joy to the obedient Christians.
