All About Blondie

This is a page dedicated to... me! Here you'll learn more about me than you ever wanted to know!!

Ok, well, my name is Jessica and I'm 18 (my birthday's October 6). I am going into my sophomore year at Merrimack College in the fall. I'm a psychology major with minors in elementary education and spanish. Not sure what I'm going to do with them yet... he he. Luckily, I finished my freshman year with a 3.9 gpa! :) My best friends are Laura and Carleen. Laura is at Georgetown University in Washington, DC and Carleen's at Vassar College in Poughkepsie, NY... they're too far away from me when I'm at school and I miss them terribly!! Right now we all work full time in an office together and we have fun!

I also have a wonderful boyfriend, Dan. He and I have been together since February 5, 2000. Unfortunately, we live about an hour and 20 min apart so we try our best to see each other once a week. So far it's work, but I miss him like crazy when we're apart. I love you, Dan! :)

Umm.... I'ved lived in North Providence my entire life... it's ok... nothing too great, but I'm thrilled that my parents decided not to move to Glocester a few years ago. Then I'd be in the middle of nowhere... *waves* to all my West Glocester/Foster friends! :P

Until high school I went to Greystone Elementary School (and Birchwood for part of 8th grade). Then for high school I was dragged to Ponaganset because my dad is Math Department head there and the girls basketball coach. Literally dragged... I was lucky to stay in the NP school system for that long! I had no choice, so I went to PHS. I absolutely HATED being a Freshman! I hated my classes, I didn't know anyone, it was awful! But luckily Laura befriended me in class and Carleen on the basketball court. It made it a little better. :) (Love you guys!)

Sophomore year was the best year of my life! I *loved* all of my classes, all of my teachers, my friends, I was dating Eric the entire year, I was a swing on the basketball team... that is, it was the best year of my life... until February when I got sick and was absent for more than a month. Then I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Junior year was awful! I didn't like my classes and everything just seemed to go wrong for the "amigas" . I was absolutely miserable the entire year... it started off bad and kept getting worse and worse.

Senior year ended... we graduated June 7, 1999! It was wonderful... all of the amigas had great years and I was with Keith the whole time. We had a blast at the prom!!! :) And I was accepted to BC, PC, Loyola of MD, Goucher, URI, Stonehill, and Merrimack. It was a tough choice!

Hmmm... what else about me?? Well, I have a million allergies. Aside from seasonal allergies I'm allergic to fruits, vegetables, eggs, nuts, and seafood:( It sucks!! :( And now I'm lactose intolerant!

I've been playing basketball since I was five years old. I love to play more than anything!! My high school team won the state championship six years in a row and was entered into a national record book for it. I think we're 6 or 7 in the national list of consecutive state championships in girls basketball! Cool, huh?

Well, that's enough about me for now... I'm sure I'll add more soon!
