"Fire and Brimstone" Southern Baptist Minister




A "Fire and Brimstone" Southern Baptist Minister was the guest
speaker at a small Louisiana Church.  He began his tirade with
the stirring reminder that: "Everybody in this Parish is going
to die!!"

The impassioned Evangelist was somewhat discomfited to notice a
man in the front pew who was smiling broadly.

"Why are you so amused? What do you find so funny about that?"
he demanded.

"I'm not in this Parish," replied the man.  "I'm just visiting
my sister for the week-end."
