OVERTYPE THIS WITH YOUR OWN TEXT AFTER READING!

The "Waxing Nipponese" page/navigation scheme is linkware . It is the artist's original, copyrighted work and is on loan to you in exchange for the placement of the link below on every page it is featured on. Additionally, it may not be redistributed by any other resource, nor may it be altered except as indicated in the text box below without infringing on the artist's copyright.
 Remember the
Golden Rule of Graphics Mining, and refer back to http://moyra.com/jewels on every page that displays this interface via this tiny logolet. Also, if you sell *anything* through your web site or profit financially from my artwork in any way, you must obtain a license for it.

THE ARTISTE'S HELPFUL HINTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Recommended Font: SUMDUMGOI, available on many of the web's best shareware font archives.

Recommended HTML text colors for the Eminently Tasteful:

  • Main text - #000000
  • Links - #31728F
  • Visited Links - #31728F
  • Active Links - #74150A

This interface may be customized to your site by placing your own text on the base images provided for mouseovers. For maximun readability, it would be best to use black text with a white glow around it, using the appropriate "Sumdumgoi" font used here. Every effort has been made to create an interface with generic subtitles suitable to most *homepages*.
Remember to place your site title in the image labelled for that purpose!

This table (with the bamboo and the bird) is where the main content for your page should go, the small bordered table above is best reserved to introduce each page, perhaps with hotlink to anchors on the page itself. This table (3 rows) can be extended heightwise as far as you need, as long as the dimension of the top and bottom row remain identical.

Reminder: Even if you use this page/navigation scheme, text links to all your site's main areas should be at the bottom of all your pages.
