The Ballet, "Stars and Stripes"
I love ballet!!! There, that just sums it all up...j/k!! I started dance when I was 12, but I guess I have a natural ability, cause I caught on really fast! I know ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical, and tap. Ballet will always be my favorite.
Right now, I am taking ballet at my studio, South Florida Ballet. I take a ballet class, and am in the senior company. In the company, we dance at different places, and mostly reherse. At classes, you practice technique.
I used to take dance every single day, but I had to give it up because it got to be too much. I also had dance team, (which I'm not in anymore). I don't plan to dance as a career, so it didn't bother me.
That's my school, Coral Reef Senior High. Its a magnet school, which means it has all different programs. I'm in the dance section of Arts and Humanities. We dance 2 hours every day, and take every kind of dance possible. Its pretty good, we have alot of shows, and get some really good classes.
