(Pink Floyd's "Another Brick in the Wall" plays as a video montage is shown....)
Charlie Watkins - An impressive win for the newcomer. He'll be up against many challenges in the SWL. That was a nice start for him. Up next, we have another man making his debut in the SWL. It's the man they call Grinnin.
Terry Hogan - I wonder why they call him that?
Charlie Watkins - We'll have to see. This is our first look at this youngster. Let's see how he does.
[Grinnin connects with The Gobsmacker. Tdog is out. Grinnin covers Tdog. Referee Kevin Mills makes the count. ...1 ...2 ...3]
Anna Dea - The winner of this match, Grinnin!!!
Charlie Watkins - And Grinnin takes this match. Another newcomer trying to make his mark on the SWL. It takes a lot to get to where R.B. is now.
Charlie Watkins - We've got ourselves a winner!
Anna Dea - The winner of this match, The Regulator!!!
Terry Hogan - Well, I guess you could say that he "Regulated".
Charlie Watkins - Very impressive victory for him tonight. Look for him to make an impact for a time to come.
(Grinnin stands up, takes his chair and folds it as he enters the ring. He nails The Regulator with it and runs backstage.)
Terry Hogan - And Grinnin takes some of his frustrations out on The Regulator.
Charlie Watkins - Well, the Regulator advances to take on the winner of the next match at the Pay Per View for the Quasar Title.
Charlie Watkins - We've got ourselves a winner!
Anna Dea - The winner of this match, Grinnin!!!
Terry Hogan - And Grinnin goes on to face Bret "The Regulator" Real in the finals of the Quasar Title Tournament at Prevailing Justice.
Charlie Watkins - Real has won the match!
Anna Dea - The winner of this match, and new SWL Quasar champion, Bret "The Regulator" Real!!!
[Nomad gets up. Kick to the gut by Grinnin.]
Terry Hogan - GOBSMACKER!
[Grinnin gets back into the ring just in time to beat the count]
Anna Dea - And the winner, via countout.... Grinnin!
Charlie Watkins - Well, now that we know who the number one contender is, let's see who he will be facing next week.
Terry Hogan - Looks like you are going to be taking on Bret Real on Sunday.
Grinnin - Yep, it does. Looks like I'll see you guys next week after I win the World Championship.
(Grinnin leaves ringside and goes to the back. Cage is a bit shaky as he climbs out of the ring and grabs the World and Quaser title. He slides back into the ring. He shakes Real's hand and hands him both belts. He then grabs a mic and begins to speak)
Micheal Cage - Ladies and Gentlemen. I give to you YOUR SWL WORLD CHAMPION "THE REGULATOR" BRET REAL....
[Grinnin shoves Kevin Mills. ring, ring, ring! Kevin Mills calls for the bell. Grinnin was disqualified. ]
Anna Dea - The winner of this match, Bret "The Regulator" Real!!!
Terry Hogan - Looks like Grinnin's temper got the best of him on this one. These two are in the middle of something huge.
Charlie Watkins - And of course, the good guy will come out on top.
Terry Hogan - That being the Grin-Man. If he gets his rematch. Cause the way that ended was just not fair.
Charlie Watkins - Wow! What intensity these two have. In two weeks they will be facing off at Back At Last!
[Grinnin turns around.]
Terry Hogan - Kick to the midsection! Gobsmacker on Havock!
Charlie Watkins - Kevin Mills is calling for the bell.
[ring, ring, ring!]
Terry Hogan - The Real Deal was disqualified.
Charlie Watkins - All on acount of Grinnin.
Terry Hogan - So "HeartThrob" Tommy Havock ended the undefeated streak of Bret Real all on account of the Most Notorious Man in the SWL!
(He stops pacing, turns abruptly to face the camera and raises his voice in anger)
Real - IS BECAUSE SOME LOW-LIFE NAMED GRINNIN DECIDED TO STICK HIS BIG UGLY FACE WHERE IT DOESN'T BELONG, YET AGAIN!!!
(Real brings the hand holding the mic down from his face and seems to be checking out the capacity crowd through his sunglasses as he uses his other hand to rub the stubble across his chin. After a brief pause, he raises the mic again...)
Real - So let me ask you a question, Grinnin... when you’re laying there in the corner of the ring... using the bottom ropes as your only support to hold you up after you’ve faced your Judgment Day... and the ref keeps calling for a break... but I keep kicking you... and kicking YOU... AND KICKING YOU...
(crowd starts to respond louder and louder with every word from Bret Real’s mouth)
Real - Until they have to disqualify me and they end up raising
your hand as the victor in a bloody, semi-conscious
state...
(Real removes his sunglasses from his face and glares menacingly into the camera...)
Real - You go home with a “W”... but I go home with my title... So you tell me, Grinnin... WHO WON!?
Terry Hogan - There is no ref!
[Steph runs from her chair into the ring and start the count!]
1......
2.......
3
Terry Hogan - And we have a new champion!
Charlie Watkins - No Way! There was no real ref, and besides..... there was interference!
Anna Dea - The winner of this match, and new SWL World champion, Grinnin!!!
[Steph walks over to Grinnin and wraps her arms around his neck and kisses him]
Grinnin - That's right you morons. The worlds best looking woman
is now with the worlds most notorious man. So you people, the president
and everyone else in the SWL can kiss my ass!!! Brian Williams, you get
in my face now and I won't just steal your girlfriend, but something else
will happen to you and that is ....
YOU WILL GET SMACKED!!!!!
(Real flashes that patented smirk and shakes his head)
Bret Real - I DON'T THINK SO! You see, after the beating you took here tonight... I doubt you'll even be able to wear that belt around that battered body of yours for weeks to come! And believe me, Grinnin... this is FAR... from over!
(The Regulator turns to look at "The Kid" Billy Rock for a moment... and then turns back to face the camera)
Bret Real - People may be wondering... "What is The Real Deal
doing with a guy like Billy Rock?" Well, I'll tell you... There's
a saying that goes like this... "Keep your friends close... BUT...
Keep your enemies closer!"
(Real points towards Rock with his free hand)
Bret Real - No matter what the critics say... THIS... is the Most Notorious Man in the S... W... L...
(Crowd starts chanting "KID! KID! KID!" The Vindicator makes his way down the aisle.)
Charlie Watkins - Now what?!
Bret Real - And with these men on MY side... "THE REGULATORS"
side... All you low-life, no-talent-having scum... (Real cracks a full
grin)... And again -- you know who you are ladies... Be forewarned! Because
THE REGULATORS... will make
sure... that JUSTICE... IS... SERVED!
Terry Hogan - Wow! Bret Real, Billy Rock, AND The Vindicator
all in one group! The rest of the SWL better watch out!
[WHAM!]
Terry Hogan - The ref saw that?! That was nothing but a little bump!
[ring, ring, ring! Kevin Mills calls for the bell. Grinnin and Cage have been disqualified. ]
Anna Dea - The winners of this match, Bret "The Regulator" Real & The Vindicator!!!
Terry Hogan - Bret Real Won?!!
Charlie Watkins - Bret Real has taken the title from Lawrence Rhodes and has become the first Triple Crown winner in the SWL!!!
[Bret Real goes up on a turnbuckle. As he gets down, CLANG!!!]
Charlie Watkins - GRINNIN! How did he get there?
Terry Hogan - Grinnin with a kick to the mid-section of Lawrence Rhodes. GOBSMACKER!
[Grinnin grabs a mic]
Grinnin - Real, next Sunday, you, me are going to go at it one more time. Only this isn't a match you can prepare for because this one is going to be the ABSOLUTE LAST chapter in one of our careers. A final chapter match Real. Last man standing, wins and the loser goes home .... PERMENANTLY!!! I promise you this Real, you better be a lot more then Regular cause if you aint .... YOU WILL GET SMACKED!!!!
[Grinnin tosses the mic away and leaves the ring]
Charlie Watkins - Charlie Watkins - Wow!!! Grinnin versus Real... one more time! The last time!
Charlie Watkins - It's the twelfth hour for either Grinnin or Bret Real as one of them will go home...
Terry Hogan - And stay home!
Charlie Watkins - This one is going to be huge... You have Grinnin on one side, who you know that President Williams would love to get rid of as well as the rest of the SWL.
Terry Hogan - And you have that lousy, good for nothing, Bret Real on the other side. He has no juice left and he is the one that should have left a LONG time ago.
Charlie Watkins - Except for his recent Spotlight Title win...
Terry Hogan - Luck. That's all it was. He forced Williams into giving him that match. And unfortunately for the rest of us, he won.
Charlie Watkins - That's called taking advantage of your opportunitites.
Terry Hogan - Luck.
Charlie Watkins - But the rest of the show is jam packed as well. We don't quite have the quality as we did last week.
Terry Hogan - Yeah, eight matches was rough last week. I didn't recover from that until yesterday.
Charlie Watkins - Going out every night didn't help you recover any faster.
Terry Hogan - No, actually, it was the fact that I was suffering from shock when Bret Real became the first triple crown winner here in the SWL.
Charlie Watkins - He deserves it. If anyone does, it's him.
Terry Hogan - He and the Regulators don't deserve anything. I don't know how they all got those pieces of trash they are wearing around their wastes.
(The lights go out in the arena as green laser lights flash on. A big "V" appears on the video screen. Fog rolls out accross the entryway. From the fog steps the Vindicator.]
Terry Hogan - Here comes one of those pieces of trash now.
[He has his face painted in his usual style. He is wearing a bright pink jacket with the words "Pink Ladies" on the back and carrying a hockey stick in his right hand. He is wearing a wig that almost looks like an afro. He has the Quasar Title draped over his left shoulder. Fans are laughing hysterically and he smiles with them. He stops for a minute and a huge pyro goes off. He begins his walk to the ring. As he passes by some fans he points to sign that says "Cage and Rizzo: Next to feel Harsh Justice" and smiles. He walks on to the ring and gets in.)
The Vindicator - That sign says it all!!!
(The camera flashes over to the fan who is extatic that he got the Vindicator's attention.)
The Vindicator - Next Shockwave, three way dance for this strap!!
(He holds up the belt to a huge pop.)
The Vindicator - As you might've noticed, the Vindicator is not in his normal attire tonight. No, I've taken off my normal black jacket and set down the crowbar in honor, or I guess memorial of the two guys I just mentioned.
(He points to the Pink Ladies jacekt.)
The Vindicator - Everybody's favorite Pink Lady, Rizzo...
(The crowd laughs and the Vindicator hold up the hockey stick.)
Terry Hogan - What is he talking about? Rizzo is anything BUT a Pink lady.
Charlie Watkins - I think he made mention to the movie, Grease. I say you get out a bit more.
Terry Hogan - As you mentioned before, I get out enough.
The Vindicator - And Mr. Penalty Shot himself, Michael Cage. Why the afro? I don't know. Just thought it looked good on me. (The crowd cheers.) You boys ain't exactly figured out that this strap is staying right here with me. I guess I should address you one at a time so that your screwed up heads can understand the words that are coming out my mouth. Rizzo! You've been here what, a month? And you think your ready to jump in the ring with the big dawgs? I've watched all you interviews, heard you talk your smack and I've come to the conclusion that you hide your inferiority by running your big mouth. Your attitude, your style, your principles are about to get regulated. The Regulators are doing just fine but I don't need Real or Kid to go out and teach you a lesson or two. So you bring your Pink butt to the ring next Sunday and let me show you what real wrestling is. (Huge pop.)
The Vindicator - And that little yappy dog Michael Cage. Cage we've got a crowbar match set in stone for the next pay per view. I know your scared. I know you don't want to step into a match that's on my terms and happens to be my specialty. I know that you'll do just about anything not to have to fight me there but regardless of who wins Sunday you will face me in that match. I know you and I know that you'll probably try something to take me out next Sunday in our little three way dance and I will be ready. It doesn't matter what you throw my way I always come out one step ahead and that's why I'm STIILL the Quasar Champ. This is what it comes down to guys. I'm gonna STILL be champ after next Sunday and there's not a dang thing you or anyone else can do about it. Understand that? I hope I made it easy enough for ya. See ya there!
(He drops the mic and exits the ring. As we walks down the aisle he takes off the afro and throws it into the crowd along with the jacket and the hockey stick. Fans go nuts trying to get the items and even more nuts when they get one.)
Charlie Watkins - So next week we have a three way dance between Cage, Rizzo, and Mr. Quasar Champ himself, The Vindicator. Not to mention that The Vindicator and Cage have a crowbar match at the next Pay Per View.
Terry Hogan - I have to give credit where credit is due though. Vindy has put the belt up for grabs more than we get rain here back in Syracuse. He truly is a fighting champion. Can't say the same for The Kid or Real.
Charlie Watkins - Real just won the belt last week!
Terry Hogan - Details details. But really though... we need to get to our first match SOMETIME tonight.
Charlie Watkins - Fine.... Anna?

Charlie Watkins - I don't know about that. I mean, Rizzo will defanitely give him a run for his money. Plus, The Vindicator hasn't lost that belt in a very long time.
Terry Hogan

Charlie Watkins - What is Rhodes doing?
Terry Hogan - It looks like he's coming over here.
[Rhodes walks over to the announcers' table and takes a seat.]
Charlie Watkins - Lawrence Rhodes, what are you doing? The match is in the ring, not out here.
Rhodes - Yeah ... but I need a rest. I don't want to over do it ... you dig.
Terry Hogan - [Shakes his head with disdain] What DO you want?
Rhodes - Two blondes and a bottle of champagne would be nice right about now.
Charlie Watkins - [sighs]
Terry Hogan - Excuse us Rhodes, but we do have a job to do here. Drew Archer and MOB Squad are continuing their battle in the ring as MOB Squad spins the Classic one around into the corner and starts kicking him.
Rhodes - Look at these guys? Who the hell gave them a shot at the belt. They shouldn't be on the same card as a true competitor like myself.
Charlie Watkins - What are you talking about? What's happened to you Rhodes? Those two guys would give anyone a run for their money ... you included. Get your ass back in the ring.
Rhodes - And your ass is going to be pretty far away from the rest of your body if you talk to me like that again!
Terry Hogan - Rebellion has Rampage in a full nelson!
[Rebellion begins spinning around, while still holding Rampage in the full nelson. After six or seven revolutions, Rebellion lets go of Rampage, who goes flying across the ring and lands at the feet of Overcast. Overcast looks down and stomps Rampage right in the chest.]
Rhodes - Look at that moron, Rampage. Here's a guy who says he can compete with the best, when he can't even stand toe to toe with Overcast. Prey tell .... how in hell he's gonna win this belt when I'm around?
Charlie Watkins - Well if you really want to get down to it, I think most people right now would call Billy Rock the best. He is the SWL Heavyweight Champion.
[Rhodes raises his eyes to the sky]
[The pairing of Janus and Dreamcatcher are still laying a beating down on the Giant Rhino.]
Terry Hogan - Don't you think you should get in there and get away from here?
Rhodes - Why? I told you I'm saving myself for a piece of the action latter on.
Charlie Watkins - What are you talking about?
Rhodes - Don't worry, my lady friends know what I'm talking about. [Rhodes lets out a laugh]
Terry Hogan - The Ghost from Knowhere with a cross corner whip on Steve Duncan. Duncan hits the buckles hard.
Rhodes - Pffft! Ghost from Knowhere. I can't believe somebody actually gave him a contract. I know the SWL's an equal opportunity employer, but for christ sakes, a man like him has no business in a wrestling ring. No wonder there's no competition around here with all these stiffs walking around.
[Diablo is working over Glassvoice with repeated right hands to the head. He lifts one of Glassvoices legs up and tries to toss him over the top.]
Terry Hogan - Glassvoice on the verge of being the first man eliminated tonight!
Rhodes - That's Glassvoice ... big, fat, stupid, ugly...kinda like his mama!
[Suddenly the crowd rises to their feet and the expectation level rises]
Rhodes - What's going on? That's my picture up on the video screen?
[A loud thud as Rhodes headset gets knocked off him. One of the other announcers' mic picks up Messier's comments.]
Terry Hogan - What the ...??
[Rhodes turn around and looks right into the eyes of ...]
Charlie Watkins - IT'S JANUS !!!
[Janus had snuck up behind Rhodes, approaching him from an angle. He cracked Rhodes on the side of the head and then picked up a steel chair. ]
[WHACK!!]
Terry Hogan - OH MY GOD!!!
Charlie Watkins - Janus just nailed Rhodes with a chair!! [BIG crowd pop]
[Rhodes gets knocked head over heels over the announcers' table. Janus hops over the table and grabs ahold of Rhodes and rolls him into the ring.]
Charlie Watkins - Janus came out of nowhere!! Look at him!! He seems to be enjoying himself.
Terry Hogan - Janus in the ring now and he is stomping away on "Luscious" Lawrence Rhodes !!
Charlie Watkins - This crowd is pumped up!
[Janus grabs Rhodes by the head and tosses him over the top rope. Without even watching to see if Rhodes hits the floor, Janus turns his attention to Diablo who is the nearest individual, who he runs down with a clothesline.]
Terry Hogan - Janus nearly eliminated Lawrence Rhodes right there, but Rhodes was able to hold onto the ropes and slide back into the ring without touching the floor.
Charlie Watkins - Remember fans, it's over the top rope and both feet must touch the floor to be eliminated.
[Dreamcatcher takes a step back when he sees Janus take down Diablo. Dreamcatcher and Janus look at each other, then they both turn and start hammering away on Diablo.]
Terry Hogan - It's a two-on-one attack against Diablo!!
Charlie Watkins - He's a marked man out there. He aint cut no alliances with anyone since he's been in the SWL.
[Steve Duncan walks over to the corner that Drew Archer is in. He looks at Archer with a confused look on his face. He then unloads with a hard right hand to the face of Archer.]
Terry Hogan - Look at Duncan go!! That shot just lifted Archer off of his feet. Duncan is pummelling Archer now!
[Duncan pushes Archer back into the corner and starts rapidly firing palm strikes at his chest. He then backs Archer out of one corner and whips him into the one opposite it. ]
Charlie Watkins - Ohhhh!!
[Steve Duncan went running into the corner but ran head first into Drew Archers head. There craniums hit hard.]
Terry Hogan - Both men stumbling about now, holding their heads.
[Rampage is up on his feet and is alternating punches between Glassvoice and Diablo.]
Terry Hogan - Rampage fighting back with all he's got! A right hand rocks Diablo! A left hand rocks Glassvoice! And another! And another!
Charlie Watkins - I can't tell who's been busted open but there's a lot of blood around the ring.
[Suddenly, MOB Squad comes up behind Rampage and grabs him by his head and pulls back, slamming the back of his head down against the canvas.]
Terry Hogan - MOB Squad makes the save for both Diablo and Glassvoice.
Charlie Watkins - And now the Ghost from Nowhere and Lawrence Rhodes are going at it! This action is fast and furious. It's getting difficult to keep up with all of it.
Terry Hogan - The Giant Rhino back on the attack against Janus.
Charlie Watkins - Rhinos going to end up with a broken hand from hitting it against Janus' head so many times!
Terry Hogan - Ohhhhhh!! [crowd gasps] Dreamcatcher with a low blow on Rhino.
Charlie Watkins - With no referee in the ring, I guess there's no stopping something like that.
[Janus and Dreamcatcher start a two-on-one beatdown of Rhino.]
Terry Hogan - And once again, the odds are stacked against Rhino.
[Overcast whips MOB Squad to the ropes and catches him with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker across the knee. After he drops him on his knee, MOB Squad is held there.]
Charlie Watkins - Overcast is trying to fold MOB Squad in half right now!
Terry Hogan - While Steve Duncan is working over Lawrence Rhodes in the corner...
[Duncan has Rhodes trapped in the corner and is repeatidly kicking him in the midsection. Duncan pulls Rhodes away from the corner and closer to the ropes.]
Charlie Watkins - Duncan swings with a clothesline, but misses!! Rhodes spins him around and flings him over the top rope!
Terry Hogan - But Duncan lands on the ring apron! He's not eliminated yet!
[Rhodes ducks down and drives his shoulder between the top and middle ropes, right into Duncans midsection, doubling him over. Suddenly, Glassvoice comes flying over the top of Rhodes ...]
Charlie Watkins - OH MY GOD!!! Glassvoice with a flying clothesline over the top rope. I'm sure he could become famous for that move. He's knocked Duncan off the apron, and eliminated him from the match!!
Terry Hogan - And in the process, he eliminated himself!
Anna Dea - Both Steve Duncan and Glassvoice have been eliminated!!
Charlie Watkins - Duncan and Glassvoice are going at it on the outside now and here come the referees to break it up.
Terry Hogan - Looks like a few new feuds may be in the offing.
[The referees
manage to seperate Duncan and Glassvoice. They send Duncan one way
around the ring back to the locker room, and they send Glassvoice around
the other way back to the locker room. Suddenly, Duncan breaks free
from
the referee's
hold and hops up on the apron.]
Charlie Watkins - What's Duncan doing? He's already been eliminated, he can't get back in the ring!
[Rampage sees Duncan up on the ring apron. Rampage fires off a right cross, which Duncan ducks. Duncan then grabs Rampages head. Duncan hops off the ring apron and pulls Rampage out of the ring, over the top rope.]
Terry Hogan - Steve Duncan just eliminated Rampage!!
Charlie Watkins - Can he do that? Duncans not apart of this match anymore!!
Terry Hogan - The referees are telling Rampage to go back to the locker room, so I guess the elimination stands.
Anna Dea - Rampage has been eliminated!
[Loud boos from the crowd when Anna Dea announces that.]
Terry Hogan - We're down to ten. Drew Archer, MOB Squad, Overcast, Janus, Dreamcatcher, Diablo, the Ghost from Nowhere, Rhodes, Rebellion and Giant Rhino.
Charlie Watkins - One of these men will be able to say that he beat 12 other men for the right to fight the champ.
[The pairings in the ring break down like this: Archer and Diablo, Giant Rhino and Rhodes, MOB Squad and Overcast, Janus and Dreamcatcher double team Rebellion whilest the Ghost from Nowhere looks on.]
Charlie Watkins - Fists are flying all over the ring! Who's gonna be able to be able to walk out of here and take on that lousy Regulator, Bret Real?
[Giant Rhino drops Lawrence Rhodes with a kneelift to the groin. Suddenly, the Rhino gets knocked over as MOB Squad whips Overcast into him.]
Charlie Watkins - The Giant Rhino and Overcast collide!
Terry Hogan - Rhodes offering Overcast a hand up. The two of them on their feet now and they run MOB Squad down with a double clothesline!
Charlie Watkins - Who would have thought that in a match where it's every man for himself, we would see these two team up?!
[Drew Archer rocks Diablo with a few European uppercuts, then drives him into the mat with a gutwrench suplex.]
Terry Hogan - Overcast and Rhodes doubling up on MOB Squad now, trying to get him over the top rope, but here comes the Ghost from Nowhere. He drives his forearm into the small of Rhodes back.
[Suddenly, MOB Squad spins around and nails Overcast with a hard right hand, knocking him off of his feet. Overcast hits his head against the canvas pretty hard.]
Charlie Watkins - What a shot by MOB Squad!
Terry Hogan - I can't believe he dropped Overcast like that!
Charlie Watkins - Neither can he.
[MOB Squad stands over Overcast with his fist clenched and a look on his face that says "Did I do that?".]
Terry Hogan - MOB Squad doesn't have much time to enjoy his conquest as Drew Archer knocks him nearly out of his boots with a clothesline!
Charlie Watkins - And Diablo not wanting to be left out of the action, starts hammering away on the back of Dreamcatcher.
Terry Hogan - Diablo backs Dreamcatcher up against the ropes. Irish whip ... no, reversal by Dreamcatcher sends Diablo across the ring ...
[Janus sees Diablo being whipped at him, ducks down and back body drops him over the top rope to the floor.]
Anna Dea - Diablo has been eliminated!!
Charlie Watkins - Janus shows Diablo the exit, but you've got to credit Dreamcatcher with the assist on that one.
Terry Hogan - Nine men left looking to be the one standing alone at the end.
Charlie Watkins - Lawrence Rhodes is up on his feet and he's wildly throwing punches at anything that gets in his way. He looks dazed, he might have suffered a concussion when his head hit the canvas.
Terry Hogan - I don't think Rhodes knows where he's at. He's fighting on instinct alone in there.
[Rhodes hits Drew Archer with one of his wild punches, and comes very close to hitting Rebellion. Meanwhile, both Janus and Dreamcatcher are taking a quick breather in the corner.]
Charlie Watkins - The Ghost from Nowhere coming up behind Lawrence Rhodes now and Rhodes doesn't see him. Ohhhhh!! The Ghost drives Rhodes into the mat with a reverse DDT!!
Terry Hogan - That may have knocked him out!
Charlie Watkins - Maybe so, but can he get Rhodes up and over the top rope to eliminate him?
Terry Hogan - Rhodes is a big athlete in that ring right now at 6'8", 293 pounds.
Charlie Watkins - The Ghost from Nowhere trying to lift him up and over the top and here comes Drew Archer to lend a helping hand.
[The Ghost and Archer each grab one of Rhodes' legs and tries to heave him over the top.]
Terry Hogan - Rhodes on the verge of being eliminated here, but here comes Janus and Dreamcatcher!!
[Janus hits Archer in the back with a forearm shot and Dreamcatcher nails the Ghost from Nowhere with an enziguri.]
Charlie Watkins - Somebody should remind Rhodes to send a thank you note to both Janus and Dreamcatcher. Because they just saved his keister.
Terry Hogan - Yes they did and we've got two wild brawls breaking out now. Overcast and the Giant Rhino going toe-to-toe while Rebellion and MOB Squad tear into one another.
Charlie Watkins - The Giant Rhino has got Overcast up against the ropes now. Can he get him over?!?
[Overcast hooks his arms over the top rope and grabs the middle rope as the Giant Rhino tries to push him backwards over the top. Overcast brings his legs up and drives his feet into Rhinos chest.]
Charlie Watkins - Overcast knocked Rhino clear across the ring with that kick but the Giant Rhino now charging straight back at him.
Terry Hogan - Ohhhhh!!!
Charlie Watkins - Overcast just ducked Rhinos charge and the Giant Rhino has toppled straight out of the ring.
Anna Dea - The Giant Rhino has been eliminated!!
Terry Hogan - Rebellion just nailed MOB Squad with a monster of a clothesline and MOB Squad takes a trip to the floor!
Anna Dea - MOB Squad has been eliminated!
[MOB Squad looks up at Rebellion in the ring. They exchange glares, but MOB Squad leaves soon after without much of a fuss.]
Charlie Watkins - I think Rebellion won't be on MOB Squads christmas card list.
Terry Hogan - We're down to seven.
Charlie Watkins - And Drew Archer and Dreamcatcher waste no time in doubling up on Lawrence Rhodes while Janus looks on.
Terry Hogan - Janus using the opportunity to catch his breath.
[Archer and Dreamcatcher take turns hitting Rhodes, concentrating their attack on Rhodes' head.]
Charlie Watkins - Janus coming into the fray now...
[Janus walk
over and nails Rhodes with a shot to the head. Both Archer and Dreamcatcher
look on approvingly.
Dreamcatcher
turn to look at Janus and he nods in the direction of Drew Archer. Janus
shoves Rhodes to the ground as Archer turns. A double clothesline catches
Drew Archer unawares and sends him over the top rope and out.]
Anna Dea - Drew Archer has been eliminated!!
[While they watch Archer fall, Rebellion grabs the two of their heads and smashes them together.]
Terry Hogan - There's a meeting of the minds! Both men down and Rebellion starts alternating stomps between the two of them.
[We see Lawrence Rhodes get up off the canvas and stumble towards the ropes.]
Charlie Watkins - Rhodes better watch out ... here comes Overcast.
[Overcast rushes Rhodes but just as he reaches his intended mark he is met with a drop kick from the Ghost from Nowhere. Overcast crashes into the ropes but steadies himself. As he turns he is met with a clothesline from Janus sending him crashing to the outside.]
Anna Dea - Overcast has been eliminated!!
[Rhodes pulls the Ghost from Nowhere up and whips him hard into the corner. The Ghost hits the buckles hard. Rhodes then grabs Janus and whips him into the corner, opposite from PD. Janus hits the corner hard.]
Terry Hogan - Rhodes charging in...ohhhh!!! He just crushed the Ghost from Nowhere with that running avalanche!
Charlie Watkins - I think Janus is about to get the same treatment ...
[Rhodes charges into the corner. At the last second, Janus reaches out and grabs Dreamcatcher. He pulls Dreamcatcher in front of him. Dreamcatcher gets sandwiched between Janus and Rhodes.]
Terry Hogan - What a collision!
Charlie Watkins - Dreamcatcher is hurting.
[Dreamcatcher stumbles around the ring like a drunken sailor with a dazed look on his face. He drops down to the canvas as Rebellion moves in on Janus.]
Terry Hogan - Rebellion laying kicks to Janus. The Ghost from Nowhere comes up behind Rebellion. He taps him on the shoulder. Rebellion turns ... and is clotheslined over the top rope.
Anna Dea - Rebellion has been eliminated.
[Rebellion gets up off the floor and starts pulling at the Ghost from Nowheres leg. The Ghost is trying to reach over the top rope and get at Rebellion. Seeing an opportunity Janus quickly hooks the Ghosts leg and throws him over the ropes.]
Charlie Watkins - Some quick thinking there. The Ghost from Nowhere just got eliminated.
Anna Dea - The Ghost from Nowhere has been eliminated!!
Terry Hogan - Down to the last three. Rhodes on one side ... Janus and Dreamcatcher on the other.
Charlie Watkins - Whose it going to be?! My moneys on ...
[At that moment both Janus and Dreamcatcher start laying into Rhodes. The ex-champ falls to the ground.]
Terry Hogan - Rhodes is at the obvious disadvantage here as not only is he still feeling the effects of a nasty bump he took on his head earlier ... he's in there with two men who have been teaming up on everybody all night.
Charlie Watkins - And that's exactly what Janus and Dreamcatcher are doing right now - double teaming Rhodes.
[Janus picks
Rhodes up off the floor. He holds Rhodes' arms back as Dreamcatcher rifles
off jabs to the head. They then
switch around
and Janus takes his turn jabbing Rhodes, while Dreamcatcher holds his arms
back.]
Terry Hogan - Lawrence Rhodes is at the mercy of these two men and they show no signs of letting up.
Charlie Watkins - Irish whip sends Rhodes to the ropes and he gets nailed by a double clothesline!
[Janus and Dreamcatcher walk to opposite corners and climb up on the turnbuckles. They play up to the crowd (to a loud round of boos) as Rhodes struggles to stand up in the ring.]
Terry Hogan - Janus holding Lawrence Rhodes' arms back once again as the double teaming continues. Dreamcatcher heading to the ropes...
[BIG crowd pop]
Charlie Watkins - Ohhhhhh!!!!
Terry Hogan - Dreamcatcher just clotheslined Rhodes while Janus got out of the way.
[The two partners slap hands.]
Charlie Watkins - Dreamcatcher now picking Rhodes up.
Terry Hogan - Rhodes is out of this one.
[Dreamcatcher has Rhodes in an armlock and is walking around the ring. Dreamcatcher moves over to one side of the ring as Janus runs to the ropes at the other side.]
Charlie Watkins - Janus coming off of the ropes. Flying forearm !!!!!
Terry Hogan - Oh my god.
[Janus came off the ropes and landed a flying forearm on both Lawrence Rhodes and Dreamcatcher. The momentum sent all three men over the top rope.]
Charlie Watkins - We have a winner, we have a winner.
[As the three men drop over the top of the ropes, Dreamcatcher is able to hook his arm around the second rope and re-enteres the ring under the bottom rope.]
Terry Hogan - Lawrence Rhodes and Janus have been ELIMINATED. Dreamcatcher is the winner.
[DING! DING! DING!]
Anna Dea - Both Lawrence Rhodes and Janus have been eliminated!! Your winner, Dreamcatcher!
[Janus is shown getting back to his feet. His mouth wide open. He can't believe that he just been eliminated by Dreamcatcher. Suddenly, a hand grabs Janus by the shoulder and spins him around. He doesn't even have time to blink before Lawrence Rhodes nails him with a hard right, left combo that knocks him over. Rhodes spits on the ground and then exits back up the aisle.]
Charlie Watkins - Dreamcatcher is going on to face Bret Real!!!
Terry Hogan - We'll see. I have faith in my man Grinnin.
Charlie
Watkins - And now the match we have ALL been waiting for. Real
vrs. Grinnin. One Last Time!
Bret
"The Regulator" Real vs. Grinnin
(Last
Man Standing/Loser Leaves the SWL Match)
Anna Dea - Ladies and gentlemen, it is time for tonight’s main event. This is a special match for two men that, well, hate each other. This is a Last Man Standing Match. Falls count anywhere in the building and the only rule is that the winner must be on his feet to answer the final bell toll. Any wrestler can ask for the count at anytime and there are NO disqualifications. Fans, take a look on the jumbotron as we play a video tribute to the longest running feud in the SWL.
[The jumbotron flickers to life as "Highway to Hell" by AC/DC begins to play. It shows clips from the first ever Real/Grinnin match with Bret Real hitting Judgement Day to get the win. Next is a match just after Real won the match and it shows Grinnin smashing a chair over the head of Real and getting disqualified. Next it shows the tainted win that Grinnin won at Back at Last and finally it shows the last match between the two men, with Bret Real once again hitting Judgement Day. Finally it goes back to last week where Grinnin came in at the end of the match to nail Bret Real with the Gobsmacker]
Charlie Watkins - That was just a taste. There was a much more comprehensive look at their feud earlier in the show.
Anna Dea - Fans, this has been one for the ages and it is now time for them to close the book on this because tonight is truly .... THE FINAL CHAPTER!!!
[The fans start to go berserk and are all cheering Bret Real's name and within moments it has become a chant that is shaking the entire building.]
Anna Dea - Introducing first, YOUR Champion. He stands at 6’6” and weighs 285 lbs. He is the current SWL Spotlight Champion, a former Quasar Champion, and most importantly, the former SWL World Champion. Ladies and gentlemen, coming down the aisle is the SWL's ONLY triple crown winner and a sure lock in for the SWL Hall of Fame. Ladies and gentlemen, here is founder of the Regulators, Bret "The Regulator" Real!!!!!
[The crowd absolutely erupts as the lights go out in the arena and “Bulls on Parade” by Rage Against The Machine begins to play. Bret Real makes his way from the back stage area and stands in the midst of the blue haze of lights and smoke that have filled the entranceway. He is wearing a pear of black Adidas tear-aways and a black Regulators tee shirt with the phrase “We’ll make ya’ famous!” scrawled on the back. Over his left shoulder is his newly acquired Spotlight Title. He pauses for a moment to scan the crowd and then lifts the title from his shoulder and raises it over his head for a nice pop! He then puts it back over his shoulder and makes his way towards the ring all the while slapping hands and accepting congratulatory pats on the back from the fans leaning over the barricades.]
[Once in the ring, the crowd erupts once more as Real raises the Spotlight Title over his head again for all to see. Real takes some time to read some of the signs out in the crowd and even picks out a group of eight shirtless university students up near the nose-bleeds that are doing the “we’re not worthy” bow. They each have a letter spray-painted on their body and spell out R-E-A-L-D-E-A-L. Real points up to them to acknowledge them and they break out of their rehearsed routine and just start jumping all over each other frantically when the in house cameras pick them up and they see themselves up on the screen. Real is passed a microphone from ringside and then makes his way to the center of the ring to speak.]
Bret Real - Oh what a difference a few weeks can make! From standing on the sidelines at the last PPV and not having anyone want to step up and face a “washed up no-hoper”… to winning the one title that has avoided me for so long and forever going down in history as the first ever SWL Triple Crown winner!
(crowd cheers)
Bret Real - (Real pats the Spotlight Title that is now back over his shoulder.) Now that this baby is finally here, it will be a cold day in hell before any one pries it from my hands! The SWL has suffered long enough with Spotlight Chumps that obviously run from title matches almost as fast as they run their mouth! So to all of you hopefuls taking part in the Royal Rumble tonight to face The Real Deal next week, all I can say is… Playtime’s OVER! The original SWL Sheriff is back in town and from now on, business will be taken care of MY way!! You guys want a shot at the title? (Real points to the title with his thumb.) Well here it is. Just prove you’re the best of the REST out there tonight - and we have ourselves a little date next week. Oh… and to you other “also-rans”… Don’t worry, I’ll make you ALL famous in due time. Line up for your title shots ladies ‘cos The Real Deal is here to take on all comers.
[Real stops to flip the belt across his other shoulder and switches the hand in which he holds the microphone as well…]
Bret Real
- Speaking of being made famous… “Luscious” Lawrence Rhodes got a good
taste of that last week and it seems he liked it quite a bit! So much so
that he’s actually gone as far as to challenge yours truly to a Career
vs Career match.
Menacing Voice - NOT SO FAST!!!
[The lights fall down and the first strands of "Sad but True" by Metallica begin to reverberate throughout the arena. The fans react immediately, and violently as they immediately begin to boo and spontaneous chants of "asshole" start randomly throughout the place. The music pauses and as it does a huge pyrotechnic goes off while at the same time several different fireworks displays go off in the four corners of the building and just as the music kicks in, and the flames die down from the front of the entrance, Grinnin steps out and comes to a stop. Just as he stops a final pyro goes off the seems to envelope him in flames for a moment and when those die down Steph steps out and joins him by his side. He is wearing his tradition wrestling attire and nothing else but Steph is wearing black high heel shoes, black fishnet stockings and a thong that shows off her buns. She is also wearing a black transparent shirt with a black sports bra underneath that hugs her body in all the right spots. Grinnin brings his hand to his mouth and starts to speak into the mic he is holding]
Grinnin - Not so fast metamucil boy, you really regular guy. Apparantly all those shots to your head have almost adled your brains like some pathetic out of the playoffs Philadelphia Flyers I could think of. We only fought four times, and you didn’t win all those times. Bret, lets face it, you ain’t ever pinned a 100% healthy and fully prepared Grinnin in your life. You think for one second that you have a chance tonight? I don’t think so. These idiot fans can’t help you. The little group your in can’t help you. Our chump of a president CAN’T HELP YOU. In the end Real .... YOU WILL GET SMACKED!!!!
Bret Real
-
(Real pauses as the crowd pops to the last comment)
Bret Real
- And you know what, Grinnin? Ever since day one, you’ve tried your
damnest to put me down by calling me “Regular”… or my favorite, “Metamucil
Boy”
(Crowd laughs and cheers)
Bret Real - Well, after I get done kicking the shit out of your constipated ass tonight you can put all those laxative remedies aside. And Steph, you better be prepared to scrub a little harder when you handwash Grinnin’s underwear ‘cos after tonight, the skidmark you usually find in them is gonna be a little thicker than usual!
(Real tosses his mic aside and motions to Grinnin to enter the ring with both hands. Grinnin rushes to the ring at a flat run, slides in under the bottom rope and is greeted by Bret Real, who was waiting for him. Bret Real lays in a huge round house right to the head of Grinnin. Grinnin replies with a right of his own and immediately the two men are going right for right, left for left until it is Bret Real getting in the first combination that starts to rock Grinnin backwards. Grinnin stumbles back against the ropes and Bet Real grabs him and whips him across to the far ropes wear Grinnin has the presence of mind to grab them and slide out under the bottom rope wear Steph is and he gets a few words from her.]
Terry Hogan - Grinnin is such a smart wrestler. He recognized that Real was starting to get some momentum so he wisely bailed outside to take a breather, slow the match and get some advice from Steph.
Charlie Watkins - Some call it smart, some call it cowardice. Either way you slice it Bret Real is pumped for this match and it shows.
[Grinnin gets done listening to Steph and gets the ref to back Real away from the ropes before once more sliding into the ring himself and getting to his feet. Bret looks intently at Grinnin as the two men circle each other. They lock up and neither seems to get an advantage until it is Real with locking Grinnin into a wrist lock, converting to a hammerlock and from there he drops to one knee, grabs Grinnin behind the leg and executes a modified suplex]
Charlie Watkins - Grinnin appears to be stunned and Real signals to the ref to start the count.
Terry Hogan - Now we see how dumb the Regulator is. The ref hits 2 and already Grinnin is starting to get to his feet. Ain't gonna beat the most notorious man that way.
Charlie Watkins - Never know unless you try though right?
Terry Hogan - Whatever.
[Grinnin starts to get to his feet and and Bret Real resumes his attack with a solid kick to the chest that sends Grinnin down to the canvas. Real bends down and grabs Grinnin's legs, holds them apart, looks out to the crowd and calmly drops head first into Grinnin who sits up in obvious pain and discomfort. Real grabs Grinnin by the hair and brings him to his feet and throws him to the ropes and as Grinnin rebounds it is Bret Real with a tilt-a-whirl suplex that he converts to a back breaker at the end. Bret Real gets to his feet, goes to the ropes and drops a big knee to the head of Grinnin. Real drags Grinnin to his feet again and whips him to the ropes ....]
Terry Hogan - Real with an amateur move here sticks his head down a half second to early and Grinnin makes him pay by grabbing two fistsfuls hair and drives his head into the mat. What a viscious move. I love it!!
Charlie Watkins - I have to admit it, that was a great move and may have turned the tide here.
[Grinnin gets to his feet gives Real a huge boot to the head. Grinnin gets down and puts Real into a sitting head lock and starts to drive a serie of rights to the head of Bret Real. Grinnin stops, drags Bret Real to his feet and whips him to the ropes, goes for a huge clothesline and it is Real who ducks hits the other ropes and Grinnin goes for a kick but Real hits the brakes, catches the foot and now he has Grinnin right wear he wants him. Real spins Grinnin around and as he finishes his circle, Real connects with a clothesline that sends Grinnin back to the mat. Real Grabs Grinnin by the hair, brings him back to his feet an whips him to a turnbuckle and follows in immediatly. As Grinnin hits the corner, Bret Real is right there with a running knee lift to the midsection that nearly breaks Grinnin in half]
Charlie Watkins - Well, a brief flurry for Grinnin is erased as Bret Real is in charge again and these fans are loving it.
Terry Hogan - Fans smans. These idiots also believe that The Kid is a decent champion still when everyone knows that Grinnin is the man.
[The Regulator grabs a handful of Grinnin's hair and starts to ram his face into the top turnbuckle which promts the fans to count along and Bret Real does the full ten and then looks to the people, and does an eleventh for good measure. Grinnin stumpbles out of the corner with a glazed look on his face and Bret Real measures him up for a second then charges at Grinnin and spkes him to the canvas. Real gets up and again signals the ref to begin the count. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ... and Grinnin starts to to move and gets to a sitting position that breaks the count. Bret Real drags Grinnin to his feet and tosses him over the top rope near the announcers table]
Terry Hogan - You know i hate it when they do that. Everytime that happens our table gets broken and we have to stand the rest of the match with our monitors on the floor.
Charlie Watkins - Your just upset because to the best of my recollection it is Grinnin that always GOES through the table.
Terry Hogan - That might have something to do with it and ... Oh man, here comes Real with Grinnin up on his shoulder.
[Real has Grinnin in a firemans carry and dumps him on the floor infront of the table. Real grabs Grinnin and goes to whip him to a ring post but Grinnin holds on to the wrist of Real, reverses it and it is Bret Real hitting the ring post head first. Grinnin looks a little groggy but manages to wink at Charlie Watkins before stalking over to Real who is slowly getting to his feet. Grinnin grabs Real and whips him to the announcers table and Real crashes into it back first and crumples to the floor again. Grinnin stands there waiting for a second, waiting for Real to get to his feet and when he does he charges him but it is Real ducking dow and he backdrops Grinnin up and through the announcers table and on the way down one of Grinnins boots swings out and clocks Terry Hogan in the head, knocking him off his chair and to the pads below wear he has a glazed look over his face]
Charlie Watkins - Well fans, once more Grinnin tries to use the table and once more he ends up going through it. Whats better i think is that my co-worker is, for the first time ever being quiet. What an amazing thing.
[Real grabs Grinnin and whips him to the ring where Grinnin crashes into it and crumples to the ground again. Real goes to the Grinman, picks him up and rolls him into the ring again. Real follows him into the ring and as he approaches Grinnin, Grinnin reaches up and hits Real with a low blow. Grinnin follows with a right to the head, a rake to the eyes. Grinnin steps to his feet and gives Real a knee to the midsection followed with a knee to the face that knocks Real to his back. Grinnin brings Real to his feet and whips him to the ropes and Grinnin goes for a kick to the midsection and Real blocks, spins Grinnin around and ...]
Charlie Watkins - GOBSMACKER!!!! Bret Real just hit The Gobsmacker on Grinnin and now the ref is beginning his count. On anohter note, here is Terry Hogan back from his nap.
Terry Hogan - Did I just hear you say the Gobsmacker was just hit. Great, no more Bret Real. Where is Grinnin and why is the ref saying he is counting him out?
Charlie Watkins - The ref is at 4, 5 ... What is she doing up there? Steph has climbed onto the ring apron and is calling the ref over. Here comes Bret Real as well and ... OH MY!! She just hit Real over the head with the heel of her shoe and The Regulator is hurt folks. I think she lacerated him over the left eye and now the Grinman is reaching his feet.
Terry Hogan - Grinnin is a GENIOUS!! Using Steph like that to get to Bret Real. Amazing! Lets see what he does with this now.
[Grinnin starts to stomp on the open cut over Real's left eye opening it up wider. Grinnin tosses Real over the top rope and immediatly follows through himself. He grabs a chair and ... WHAM!!! Slams it over the back of Bret Real. Grinnin raises the chair again and again brings it crashing towards the Regulator only this time he hits him in the head. Bret Real crashes to the ground in a sensless heap but Grinnin does not indicate the ref to begin the count. Instead he looks under the ring and finds a tool box that the ring builders must have left. He opens it up and finds .... a hammer. He waves the hammer over his head and walks over to Bret Real and grabs him by the left hand and looks at the camera for a moment ..]
Grinnin - Hey Bret, hope your not left handed cause it's hammertime!!
Charlie Watkins - You don't think he is serious do you?
Terry Hogan - Of course no ... pardon me, he's serious.
Charlie Watkins - Oh my god, he just hit Bret's hand as hard as he could with that hammer. You could hear the bones snapping from here and i think the hand looks deformed already now!
[Bret Real is writhing on the ground in pain now as Grinnin goes over to the ring steps, picks them up and walks back over to Bret Real. Grinnin lifts the steps over his head and then sends it crashing right for Real's head but it is Bret Real rolling away just in time. Grinnin walks over to wear Real is lying prone on the floor and kicks him in the head, then follows with an elbow drop to the back of the neck. Grinnin gets up and goes to retrieve the hammer and this time he starts to measure up the left knee of Bret Real. He swings the hammer and there is an audible crunch as the steel strikes deep into the leg of Bret Real. Grinnin bends down and drags Bret up to his feet and starts to walk him up the entrance ramp continuing to pummel Real as they make there way up. The get to the highest point of the ramp and Grinnin makes a cutting motion across his throat at the edge of the ramp. Grinnin with the kick to the midsection .... ]
Terry Hogan - I love it!! I think he is going to Gobsmacker him off the ramp. That must be fifteen feet down and here it is!!!
Charlie Watkins - NO!!! Bret Real shoved him away and it is Grinnin who plunges the fifteen feet to the concrete below. But there is Steph right behind him and she just shoved him off the ledge. The referee is beginnin to make his count.
[The ref counts 1, 2, 3, 4, Steph gets back to the bottom of the ramp and starts to help Grinnin to his feet. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ... Grinnin grabs the ref and breaks the count. He grabs Real and sets him up for a pile drive and hits it and Real’s head leaves a grusome red mark where it strikes the pavement. Grinnin stands astride the chest of Bret Real and starts to send punch after punch to the head of Bret Real opening the cut wider. When he finally stops he drags a mostly unconscious Bret Real to his feet, holds out his hand to Steph who hands him a mic]
Grinnin - Bret Real, now it is time for this to end. Brian Williams, i hope you are paying attention because what is about to happen next could happen to you at any moment. Kid, pay attention because the leader, the heart and soul of the Regulaters is about to be Regulated out of the SWL. For all you newcomers, this is what happens when you cross the MOST NOTORIOUS MAN in the SWL!! Bret Real is not about to just get smacked ... this is going to be a super Gobsmacker and this time he isnt going to get out of it. TIME TO GET SMACKED!!!
[The crowd is booing outragiously now as Grinnin again drags Real up the ramp and up at the top comes Brian Williams and it looks like he is telling Grinnin to stop, that it's over. Grinnin looks at Real, at Williams and gives Williams the finger before giving Bret Real a kick to the midsection, grabbing him by the head and dropping with him the full fifteen feet and hitting the Gobsmacker on the concrete below. Steph is there at the bottom to help Grinnin up who is limping severely but now the crowd has gone silent as Bret "The Regulator" Real is lying on the concrete floor motionless and the EMT crews are already going to his side. Grinnin and Steph limp off as the crowd watches in silence as the EMT's work on Bret Real and now President Williams is also by his side]
Terry Hogan - You know i am a huge fan of Grinnin but this time i think even he went to far on his nemises. This was sick!
Charlie Watkins - Well, it's nice to see that maybe you have a moral or two after all Charlie. Your right though, Grinnin went way to far but you have to give Bret Real his due. He took chairs, two hammer shots and still was able to battle back time and again. And lets face it, before this turned ugly he was really having his way with Grinnin in that ring. Putting on a clinic if you will. Lets just hope that he is going to be alright. Fans, for Terry Hogan, keep reaching for those ...
Terry Hogan - You know what I just realized?
Charlie Watkins - What's that?
Terry Hogan - If Bret Real is leaving the SWL... then that means that Dreamcatcher is our new Spotlight Title by virtue of winning the battle royale earlier in the night.
Charlie Watkins - I think you are right...
[The fans start to explode in cheers as the picture of Bret Real appears on the jumbotron with the EMT's beside him. They are cheering because his right eye appears to be open and his lips are moving as he attempts to answer the questions of the medical staff]
Charlie Watkins - Lets hope this is a good sign folks, for now, keep reaching for those stars.
