Cucumber scrub
This scrub will leave your skin silky and fresh. Cucumbers are great to relieve tired, puffy eyes. They are also good for the skin because they are gentle, yet can stimulate cell production. They also have toning benefits.
Ingredients:
3 cucumbers
1) Peel the cucumbers.
2) Put them in a blender or food processor.
3) While showering or bathing, apply the pulp to a loofah and scrub your whole body from your neck down to your toes.
4) Rinse well and try not to use water that is too warm.
Combine ½ teaspoon of fast-acting baker's yeast with one teaspoon of whole yogurt (Not low-fat and not flavored). Dot under the eyes with a clean eyeshadow brush. Let it dry and go to bed with it on. Rinse well in the morning. This solution will give oxygen to the skin overnight and diminish the dark circles.
