Hobbies: Talking on the phone for hours about NOTHING & of course . . . Why Store Concerts!

Our song: When I'm With You
Dear Bryan, Once upon a time, on a cold January morning in 1997, two kids stayed home from school because of a snowday. They decided to spend the day online, since nothing else could be done. They conversed for a while, found out that they both lived in Indy, only about 45 minutes away from each other... "You like the Why Store?" "The who?" "No, The Why Store." "Wtf's that?" "They're a local band." "Oh, nope, never heard 'em." Ever since then I've been ADDICTED! The first songs I ever heard were Surround Me & Father, to this day they are my favorites. ;) We used to spend hours on Saturday nights just talking about anything and everything. You told me about the Why Store concert on December 26th, 1997 and I made sure to be there. I still remember the first time I saw you, an awkward boy, standing behind the sound booth in your jeans and your Airwalks with that madass, blonde, curly poof of yours. "You could be Chris Shaffer's brother. No REALLY! You could!" Teehee. You helped me with a lot of problems, and I suppose I helped you with some of yours. You were such a great friend, and I always knew I could count on you if I needed a shoulder. The last time I saw you was at Northside Knights of Colombus, at my last Why Store concert. It was the first and probably last time we'll ever meet. I haven't heard from you since May and I hope you're doing fine. Thalamus will kick it in the big time some day. ;) "Let's make a deal: if we're not married by the time we're 75, we'll get married. 'Cause you're my sister and I can't fathom doin anything with you. You don't do stuff when yer 75...do you?" ;) Well, it looks as though we won't be getting married, but if you do read this I DO want you at my wedding. You may not get the spot I promised you, as best man, but you will forever be one of the best men in my life... Long live The Why Store, illegal substances *wink*, Sean Connery & the movie Friday! I wish you the best of luck with Thalamus & everything you do. And I'm always here for you. I miss you. *Hugs 'n KoC* Lots of mad love, ~Rosie~
