LaLaLa...I must admit: I haven't been much of a fan so far this season. Hectic schedules call for hectic times. I've only seen part of *1* game so far. Naturally, it was our Inaugural game, the first game to be played in Conseco Fieldhouse. While I'm on the subject I would like to add that although Conseco *is* a big step up from the Pacer's old stomping ground, the Pepsi Colliseum , I don't quite comprehend: why the waste of taxpayer's money? Oh well. Not my decision. Not my question to ask. ;) So anyway. Rik Smits made the first shot for the Pacers at Conseco. Spiffy. I have a feeling that now that we are in the "Big Time" as far as arena's go, and being that this is Larry Bird's last year to coach, may be Rik's last year with us, and Reggie's contract is up after the season . . . Maybe, just *MaYbE* we'll make it all the way. One can only hope. ;)
