JESUS PRAYS

When Jesus was on earth,
He had no home of His own.
He had no room where He could go alone to pray.
But this did not keep Him from praying.
He loved to talk to His Father,
and sometimes went into the mountains to pray.
One time He spent the whole night in prayer.
He prayed when He was baptised.....

Luke 3:21.....
When all the peopl were baptized
it came to pass that Jesus also was baptized;
and while He prayed,
the heaven was opened.....

and before they took Him to nail Him to the Cross.....

Mark 14:32-36.....
Then they came to a place which was named Gethsemane;
and He said to His disciples,
"Sit here while I pray."
And He took Peter, James, and John with Him,
and He began to be troubled and deeply distressed.
Then He said to them,
"My sould is exceedinly sorrowful,
even to death.
Stay here and watch."
He went a little farther,
and fell on the ground,
and prayed that if it were possible,
the hour might pass from him
and He said,
"Abba, Father,
all things are possible for You,
Take this cup away from Me;
nevertheless,
not what I will,
but what You will.".....

He prayed for His disciples and for all of us who would believe on Him.....

John 17:9, 20.....
"I pray for them,
I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me,
for they are Yours.....
"I do not pray for these alone,
but also for those who will believe in Me through their word;.....

There is something still more wonderful.
Jesus is praying for you now.
"He ever lives to make intercession [to pray]for [us]"...Hebrews 7:25.
Oh, that we might love such a wonderful Savior more and more!

Immediately He made His disciples get into the boat and go before Him to the other side,
to Bethsaida,
while he sent the multitude away.

And when He had sent them away.
He departed to the mountain to pray.

Mark 6:45-46

God would never turn His back on you.

Nothing ....

not death or life or war,

not the past, the present or the future,

no one,

no creature on this earth can ever separate you from God's love!
