His Wondrous Works

Kai Mark and Janet Sio

	C G Am
When I gaze at the snowcapped mountain peaks,
	       C F
Beside the singing trickling creek,
	      C Dm G
They give praises in surrender to the Lord.
       C G Am
And then I hear a distant harmony,
		       G F
That comes from rustling leaves in the trees,
	C Dm G
Softly singing, all in one accord.

	F G
	Looking at His wondrous works,
	  Em7 Am
	I stand amazed in awe.
	Dm7 G C Dm7 Em7
How can any person doubt that He is Lord.
			F G
Since nature sings out His praises,
		 Em7 Am
	Then I ought to join.
	       Dm7 G C	(Em7 F G)
And share in this grand worship to the Lord.

When I behold the mys'tries of the sky,
Radiant stars with silent cries.
They give tribute in the cool crisp evening air.
Earth and heaven in a space so vast,
Shout glory to the First and the Last,
Testifying that the Lord is there.
