The Regulator is a crazy mother fucker who cares
about the fight and his wierd sence of regulations. The blonde hair, green eyed Brooklyn native is 5'11" 230lbs. of stout power and quick reflexes. Some call him the "Green Eyed Monster", the "Brooklyn Badger" or the "Lord of
Chaos". Living a hard life the Regulator found that his best two freinds turned out to be cash, and a baseball bat he calls "Loui Slugger". The Regulator's taste for wrestling came one day as he was watching an event with friends. He notice that there was no real regulations. He decided to get into the business to correct the problem. In the process the Regulator himself was corrupted. The rules and regulation became warp to provide for himself. This has been his way for most of his career in wrestling.
The Regulator enters the ring always with two things one is "Loui Slugger" and the other is a mask painted to resemble the face of a badger (two black stripe coming down over the eyes ending at the nose). That is where one of his nick names came from. His ring attire has changed from wrestling tights of the color black, green, red, and white to a tight fitting referee shirt with black shorts. Over time the Regulator has changed his battle mask also. At one time it changed from the badger mask, to a pale ghost mask, a golden face mask, and now it just changes from match to match.
The Regulator's fighting style consists of a Technician/High Flyer, with a taste for hardcore matches. He has now three finisher, the primary being the Edge. Which is a backwards/lariet bulldog that can be done off the second or third turnbuckle, after running off the ropes, by jumping off the top turnbuckle and many different other ways. Over the years the Regulator has been very creative with the Edge. A devestating but rarely done move is the "Loui's Edge". It is a backwards/lariet bulldog in which "Loui Slugger" is placed in the back of the head. The second finisher is a submission move that
he performs when especially ruthless. It is a scissor leg lock to the abdominal section and at the same time a full nelson is applied, making it very hard to move and break out. This is called the Pinch. The third and newest finisher is called the Break, it is a craddle neck break which he uses as a humiliation victory.
