For Someone Special

Meet Susan. She is the youngest of my three children. She is also the mother of my 7 month old grand-daughter, Shelby Lyn. This picture was taken when she was just a year old. We were living in Texas at the time. She is a loving wife and a working mother. When Susan was in school she was an honor roll student and she sang in the chorus. There were always school functions to attend and christmas pagents to watch.

She always did like minnie mouse. This was one of her favorite dolls that Santa brought for her. She was 2 years old at this time. But she also like playing with Tonka trucks and riding her older brothers big wheel. (if anyone remembers those)There were other toys that she favored but I think these were the all time favorites.

This picture was taken when she was in kindergarten. The first of many school pictures that she would grow up to hate. I think she tried to hide them all on me so that I could never show them to anyone.
      Fooled you, Susan.... hehehe....
We were stationed in Germany at this time. Susan's dad was in the Air Force and that gave us a chance to travel all over the world. The kids loved it.

To our great joy Tom & Susan were married on August 30, 1997. They are extremely happy and they now have a beautiful baby girl.

Now this is Shelby Lyn. She is now 10 months old and such a joy to be with. She is such a happy baby always smiling. Her eyes light up when she smiles. Can you tell that she has everyone wrapped around her little finger... lol...

Now doesn't she just look like her mama....
