Ryan and I had a Beautiful wedding. We all flew over to Maui, where I was born and raised.
We had our wedding at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, in Makawao, Where I have gone to worship since I was a newborn baby. All of My family (which is a big family) attended our wedding, even Ryan's family flew in from Iowa, unbeknownst to him. It was a total surprise to him. Including the fact that his brother was his best man and he didn't even know it.
We had a big wedding party as you can see, granted it was my idea, and boy did I not know what I was in for having so many attendants. After the wedding we had our pictures Taken in the church as well as "Rice Park" in Kula, Which over looks the rest of the island.
The picture below is of me and one of my two maids of Honor my cousin Kristina. Following the pictures we had a grand reception at Seabury Hall, my almamater. We had the place decked, from huge 10 foot tall pillars all the way down to 3 foot tall pillars, and ballons floating from each table and a large heart made of ballons in back of our table.
Our, 7 layer cake sat on a black baby grand piano, and we had a miniture gazebo for all the cards from our guests.
speaking of guests we invited 600+ guests. All in all that was the best day of both of our lives, a day that we will soon not forget.
The song you hear in the back ground, is my heart will go on from Celine Dion. I walked down the isle, while that song played in the background of the church.
that song will always hold a special place in our heart's.
