This story is about a sweet kitty who died of old age and went to Heaven. Once she got there, God spoke to her and asked: "My dear kitty, what can I do for you to make your stay here more pleasant and special?". Well, the kitty replied to God: "Dear God, when I was alive on earth, my owners were so very poor and all I ever had to sleep on was a very cold and hard floor". God said: "Say no more!!!"…then, lo and behold!! Right beneath the kitty appeared a beautiful, soft, large pillow made of lace and satin. The kitty was very pleased and curled up contentedly on the pillow, after thanking God for her newfound comfort.

The next day, God welcomed 5 mice to heaven. Again, he asked them what he could do to make their stay more pleasant and special. The mice all replied to God: "dear God…while we were living on earth we were chased all the time!! We had to run from cats, always chasing us! We ran from snakes, always slithering after us! We ran from dogs and hawks!! Yes, we even ran from women chasing us with brooms!!! Always running, running, running!!" God said: "Say no more!" And suddenly, lo and behold!! Right beneath the little feet of each mouse appeared a tiny set of roller skates! The mice were so pleased and skated off!

The next day, God came back to the kitty and asked how everything was and if she was enjoying her stay in heaven! The kitty purred so contentedly and replied to God: "God, this is the best time of my life! I am so cozy and comfy on my pillow and feel so rested!" and "oh yes, God! I want to tell how very much I enjoyed those fantastic meals on wheels you sent!"
