The CHILLER is a small scarf to be worn around the neck or head.  The crystals inside the scarf will expand when soaked in room temperature water.  It will stay cool for at least thirty-six hours.  Evaporation process is the secret for it being cool.  This scarf can be resoaked many times.  Needs no refrigeration, is non-toxic, and environmentally friendly.  It will not drip on clothes if directions are followed.
