Nature mainly beaches and hot springs are better enjoyed on the nude.

I specially recommend the hot springs at the ESALEN INSTITUTE- in Big Sur-CA where the whole scene is filled with a very high astral energy left behind by the Esalen Indians that lived in the area thousands years ago. They have wonderful workshops and cloth is optional at the hot springs!

Take the sun rays in the area below the waist line that is usually covered if you use shorts. We need the sun rays energy in all our body!

I sometimes sun bath nude in my back yard on week-ends. The neighbors cant see because of the many trees we have .
