Okay this is my page where I write down everything that I do to get me in shape. So here is your role should you choose it. I am going to put all my training like stuff on this page and it is your job to yell at me via e-mail when I do not do anything for a day or perhaps two days, I do need a break every so often, or if you think that I am slacking. So my e-mail account will be below, just make sure there is something everyday or two, and I will make sure I do something everyday. It should be fun. Also my role to make sure that I do do something everyday as well the world is watching right? And I can't let you all down, so check back often, and hammer me when I am bad. : )

June 11, 1999 -
47 km on mountain bike averaging 26 km an hour. Top speed 41 km an hour.
June 12, 1999 -
2 games (2 hours) of baseball, played 3rd base, hit well, we won both games.
