CTM - Competent Toastmaster:

Finishing the first 10 speeches from the manual earns you the title of CTM.  Visit Toastmasters International to download award applications, or tear the one out of the manual and fax to world headquarters in California.  If you have acrobat Reader, try clicking here.

Gold Received Advanced Toastmaster Silver Certificate

Completed 2 additional advanced manuals

Coordinated & conducted 1 registered Success/Communication, Success/Leadership or Youth Leadership Module

Coached a new member with first 3 speeches

Served 6 months as club officer and participated in the preparation of the Club Success Plan.

Distinguished Toastmaster 

When a member receives both the ATM-Gold award and the Advanced Leader award, they become a Distinguished Toastmaster, the highest designation available.
