Scared, Stuffed

Teddy - soft and cuddly brown,
why do you now wear a frown?
"Life is but a scary place
is why I wear this saddening face,"
but great big mousy to your right
can help you on a frightening night
while little squirrel on your left
can help...I'm sure he'll try his best.
"What about when they're asleep?"
No one then shall make a peep.
Fix your bow and do not pout,
never fill your world with doubt.
Close your eyes and have your dreams -
life's not as bad as sometimes seems.
