I can't say she was absolute beauty,
for there are many tastes in the world,
but to me, she was worth a stare.
I know now what was in store for me.
For a brief, secluded moment she looked,
It was not a look of recognition,
With the look, the head tilted, the lips
It was like as her presence was amongst
Like an unveiled treasure, they peered in my direction.
Since then, my eyes have looked for another; unfulfilled
I cannot find one which compares, so I look for the girl -
