I medidate daily at least 20 minutes.
I recommend you set up a place in your room that you should consecrate as your place of Worship and Meditation.
Have incense, candles and pictures of Beloved Spiritual Beings which inspires you.
Do a chackra tuning with the help of aromathoterapy.

There is an extensive literature and information on the net about ways to meditate.
Dont take any of them at face value, just follow as general guidance but develop your own way!
YOU NEED TO RECHARGE YOUR INNER ENERGIES AND MEDITATION IS THE WAY TO CONNECT TO THE SOURCE OF THESE ENERGIES.
