It is finely rendered and has no cracks, no chips or other blemish The workmanship and quality are on par with German Ceramics. In fact ceramic making of this type was originally brought from germany. This particular example is made by Pallone. Identical ones were also made by Kiev Keramic. This edition is harder to come by. As the economy has grown in the Former Soviet union, collectabilty of these objects have increased tremendously. You can verify that by just searching on Ebay. this article is nearly 11 inches (27 cm) high. It is shipped in a secure approved postal container well packed.
