Abex Organization
Statement of Purpose Abex Organization is a not for profit American Company doing business in the United States of America it is located in the State  of Florida, USA.  It is a subsidiary of Abex Associates.  Our goal is to provide women of the Ukraine with a substantial opportunity to find an appropriate man for courtship love and marriage and the alleviation of  financial uncertainties in her life.  To surround her with the nurturing environment she desires and deserves.  Where applicable, to locate a caring Father for her minor children.  With our help and the consent of the corresponding parties marriage and immigration are the measure our success.  We will guide each person step by step through every stage of the process.  This will include, but is not limited to:  Helping each woman select likely candidates for correspondence based on predetermined criteria and experience.  Assisting her with effective support and encouragement in her writing.  The main thrust of the Organization is to ultimately have the man reimburse  us for  her correspondence to him.  He will be informed by auto response that he will be allowed to send and receive three letters before being solicited to pay for further correspondence, by continuing, he acknowledges this responsibility.  The lady may, herself, continue to  reimburse Abex all local costs if he refuses.    In any event she must initially reimburse Abex for the use of our local facility.  This is accomplished, in part by her payment for downloading and sending E-mail.  She pays 2 Gryvna for untranslated letters and 2 additional Gryvna per translated letters, that is 4 Gryvna total.  Small letters, less than 1/3 page are 1 Grvna  for the letter and if  necessary, an additional 1 Gryvna for translation or 2 Gryvna per letter.  Letters of less than six content lines are 50 Kopecks including translation.  His photos, if selected by her will be resized  printed in color and reimbursed at 2 Gryvna up to 80 kilobytes, above this amount the fee will be 2 Gryvna for each additional 50 kb OR fraction thereof.  This is a cost effective humanitarian project and should be given all due consideration and respect by the Government of The Ukraine and The United States.  All moneys received are considered U.S. funds and are bankable only in the United States.  All bills, tariffs, invoices and incidental expenses are payable only from the United States.  Each woman will pay a registration fee, it is currently 40 Gryvna but this and all other charges are  subject to change without notice.  For this fee she receives an E-mail box and a personal web page.  She is also listed, with her photo on one or more personals sites on the Internet within The United States.  If photos that she provides are considered not suitable for Internet use, new photos, if possible, will be requested of her at her expense.  Her profile will be written by a knowledgeable staff member and reviewed by an  American Native Speaker for effectiveness in appealing to Western Culture. Terms of service are 90 days.  Before which time she may pay an additional 5 gryvna to remain in our service and care for an additional 90 day period.  If her terms of service are not renewed within the 90 day period there will be a fee of 20 Gryvna for reistatement.  Use of any  photo or document provided becomes the exclusive use of Abex.  Abex is not responsible nor will it indemnify the loss of such photos or documents.  Be it further understood that Abex, in order to defray cost of service will offer goods and services for sale.  Funds for these goods and services are the exclusive property of Abex and will not be subject to apportionment.  Abex will eventually encourage a serious respondent to financially support his intended choice,  Said support will be transferred exclusively to Abex or it's subordinates in Ukraine.  They will collect such payments and deduct 10% as a handling fee to offset some portion of this Humanitarian Service.  The balance will be judiciously given to the intended recipient.  Conduct of parties:  Abex and its Associates at all times will be respectful, cheerful and helpful to each and every person without regard to age, physical structure or belief.  Even though the men will reimburse Abex;  It is the women we serve.  Every woman will be encouraged to be on time for appointments be respectful, polite and be asked  to behave in courteous manner and make no unnecessary demands on our volunteers.  Each woman should be unmarried and not currently involved in a serious relationship.  In order to better serve both parties, we will not allow unsupervised contact between parties prior to personal meeting.  This includes withholding E-mail or Postal addresses and telephone numbers from either party.  This aids in promotion of integrity to the corresponding parties.  Phone service, E-mail Service and Postal Service are maintained at our local office during normal working hours. We reserve the right to refuse further service to any one for any reason.  There is no refund as she has been rendered full value when her profile is online as evidenced by the first letter/s received.  Abex does hereby further acknowledge that it is recognized that the economic condition of some women borders on the desperate so it is therefore decided that in extreme circumstances the initial registration fee may in part be waived.  This would, in and of itself be inequitable to all except the recipient.  She will therefore  be required to pay for all correspondence at a rate 1 Gryvna higher in each instance than that stated above.  She will be given the same courtesy rights and privileges as everyone.  There will be no agreements beyond the scope of this document
