The beautiful mosaic on the facade of the San Paolo fuori le Mura, illuminated by the setting sun.

It, like so many other Roman churches, is hard upon the neck. Why the neck? Because once inside you constantly gaze up at the ceiling to take in all of the beauty. It's a bigger problem than might imagine.

Also of importance at this church; the remains of St. Paul are buried under the alter.
