Apnea diving - the sport for the new milennium? Definately at least for us wetsuit fetishists since it marks the glorius return of the smooth wetsuit. Want proof? Just look at these. Here are the two heroines of apnea diving, Deborah Andollo, a long time record holder and the new champion, Tanya Streeter. She broke the record on May 9th by reaching the depth of 370 feet (whatever that is in meters? Pretty deep, anyway) and staying submerged for two minutes and 32 seconds. Wow! I got a full CD-ROM packed with surf wetsuit pictures and most were Austrian Camaro suits. What I really liked was that I got all these images that come from an old catalogue from the mid 80's that I once had but lost it somewhere. A collection of Marlin surf suits. The first one is really good, all black neoprene. I once saw a wetsuit test article in Triathlete(?) magazine that had loads of this kind of suits from different manufacturers and all of them were modeled by a nice blonde beside and in a pool. If someone has this pleeease scan!

Some O'Neill suits.

Spartan is a British surf suit manufacturer and here are some of their suits, both old and new. Notice the amusing anorak top on the second picture and also how old Spartan suits seemed to have the neoprene socks attached straight to the suit. Nice effect...

Are Stingray somehow bondage orientated? There's awful lot of rope in these pics...

Tiki is a German(?) surf suit manufacturer that, at least in my opinion, has the most tasteless logo in wetsuit history

When I first got this image I thought that it was a photo manupulation but since I have gotten several versions of it it's probably real, at least that it has really been in the Camaro catalog. She's awfully short for a model, though.
