Roe vs. Wade
This case is not just about abortion. This case is more about forcing the will of minority on the wills of others.
Lets put this in perspective. Say we are all Supreme Court Justices (Feel the power yet?) and we get a case "JoeBob vs. Lightspeed" in which Lightspeed has created a web-browser that makes the user read Grapejam juices before they can serf the web (This is all based on the fact that Lightspeed has created a very large empire and holds a monopoly on the web-browsing industry in this country).
As Supreme Court Justices, we have to think of the country as a whole, not what is necessarly morally right (because we all know everyone should read the Juices). So keeping with this thought that maybe not everyone wants to read the Juices, we have to vote in favor of JoeBob and tell Lightspeed they must undue the forced Grapejam.
Now we have a mess on our hands, now no one is reading Grapejam and they are on Hiatus!!!
