Welcome to our humble Secondary Cell Homepage.We are from C.O.S.B, and we're a fun-loving, energetic, cute, humourous, adventure craving group of teenagers from Secondary schools all over Singapore. This site is updated twice every week to keep you informed of the latest news and Happenings.

Church of Singapore (Balestier) is a cell group church. C.O.S.B is also a Independent church. Secell happens to be one of the cell groups from this humble church.

Secell Details Secell holds it's meetings every Sunday. We usually have a time of fellowship and prayer. This may sound traditional but it isn't. Sunday meetings are generally great fun and Secellites do learn a lot from them. We also do organise outdoor activities often, check out the details of the Next Events, or see our Previous Events.   Secell welcomes all Secondary School Students to Join Us (Near Novena MRT)  Time : 11.00 am - 12.40 pm  Date : Every Sunday
