both my parents came to the US from China in 1974.  i was born 2 years later becoming the first generation of my family to be an ABC.  i  attended grade school at PS124 Yung Wing Public School in Chinatown, Manhattan.  like many chinese in the US, they did what they knew best and opened up a chinese restaurant in New Jersey.  after i graduated 6th grade, i moved to NJ to help my parents with the restaurant.  from Cecil S. Collins JHS to Southern Regional HS, i worked at the family business everyday after school until i was accepted into New York University CAS after graduating salutatorian of my high school class in 1994.  i received my bachelors of science in chemistry from NYU in 1998.  upon completing my post-graduate training at NYCPM, a medical college specializing in foot and ankle orthopedics and surgery, Gouverneur Health Services became my parent program for residency training en route towards surgical board qualification in podiatric surgery.   throughout my lifetime, i have seen and done much.   i only wish to share my own experiences with those i am socially close to so that they themselves do not go through the same hardships or make the same mistakes i have.

dear friend, i got way too much to say. trust me, you don't want me to type it all out. just take a look at the pictures... they should each be worth a thousand words. so a little more than few thousand should just about sum up my life in a nutshell. to spare you the loading torture, there are ten pictures per link set :) heh -jimmy li p.s. i ain't getting any younger - so picts can do nothing but pile up.
