There are two separate forms to fill out. Be creative and original. It is by going off the beaten path that characters are made memorable and distinguish themselves during roleplay.
The Character Discription Form is required in order to be considered a permanent addition though how much information is divulged is left to your disgression. For the efectiveness of some apparitions (Such as the infamous Blackened Horde) some rules must be bent and/or broken but done with taste and disgression.
The Room Discription Form is the requirement that leaves much more room for excersize of personal preference. This is where your imagination takes over and things can get absurd from time to time (and that's alright). Have fun with this one. It is a very simple form asking a grand total of perhaps four questions and leaving the rest to your liking and discription.
Both forms must be filled out to some degree before residency can be considered.
