I'm on an island, lost in the sea
She's on the mainland, happy as can be

I'm lost forever, no chance for help
No ships pass by, no planes overhead
They've all stopped looking, left me for dead
I try to survive, but grief tears my soul
Nobody can help me, fill the empty hole
