Wa da, it's a blessing to have found your pages and I'm anxious to start seeing that genealogy. I've done some on the McWhirters (my Scottish half), but not yet on the Quins (my Irish half). I'm interested to find where in Ireland my Quins originated and it' exciting to find a Quinn website. Luck o' the Irish to you on your endeavors and God bless you. |

| Comments: I didn't know that you had your own webpage until Lori told me. We have one too, but we haven't figured out how to make it happen. I figure that if i stare at it long enough it will appear, but all that seems to be doing is wasting a lot of time... excell nt page, well done, bravo, two thumbs up, rated an exhilarating rollercoaster of a ride by siskel and ebert. | Comments: Could you be of help? Do you have any Toronto connections? The Toronto Irish Players seem to have disappeared from the face of the earth. I'm a professional actor/director and am creating a new one actor show on the Easter Rising. I will assume the role of Patrick Pearse and will relate the actions of the six days of battle. Do you know anyone who might be interested in such a play? Thanks for taking the time to read this. I hope to hear from you. |
| Comments: I live in the UK and am trying to locate a Quinn. Her name is/was Tanya Quinn (she may now be married). She would be about 33/34ish and was in the UK in the mid 1970's. She came back to Ottawa in the late 1970's. My former name was Drayson. Anyone who can point me in the right direction I will be very pleased to hear from. By the way I have visited Ireland and Canada, and many other Countries. These two are the only Countries that I wish to return to. Canada was a dream to visit. I am going to come back for a longer visit next time and maybe tour a little. Once again thanks in advance for any pointers. |

| Comments: Wanda! ... This is one great site ! These words of appreciation have ecumenical significance ... I am an Anglican priest (now "retired" - ha-ha !) Who lives as a hermit - or culdee - in the snowy Laurentians, about seventy miles north of Montreal. My roots are Celtic - Scotland and Ireland - and I am life-professed as an Oblate of Columban the Pilgrim. I have worked in India, UK., Europe, and now North America - But as the man (Columban) said, "Home ? It is not a place. It is a road to be travelled." Give my sacerdotal salaams to your pastor, please. Beannachd Leibh mo cridh. RAYMOND-COLOMBAN+ |

My dream for Ireland is that it will become 32 peaceful and prosperous counties. Canada I hope wil remain un- divided and the most wonderful neighbor anyone could ever ask for! My favorite part of Canada is Nova Scotia where I have a lot on Pictou Island in the Northumberland Strait. Maintain the good work. GREG |
