- Project Officer (1998-current) in the development of the Internet Campus for YAI, Jakarta. The system uses a a Cold Fusion Web Database Manager at the back-end, and Java/Javascript at the front end.
- Project Officer (1998-current) in the development of the Labora Internet Mall, Jakarta. The system uses a a Cold Fusion Web Database Manager at the back-end, and Java/Javascript at the front end.
- Chief Engineer (1997-1998) in the installation and deployment of the networking system for the head office building of PT Asean Aceh Fertilizer, Jakarta. The system will also link their mainframe to the existing network in their factory in Aceh.
- Chief System Designer (1997) in the development of a Geographical Information System (GIS) for sales mapping, distributions optimizing , and routes planning. The system was built using VB and SQL-server on an NT-network. Provisions were made for real-time data.
- Project Officer (1997) in the development of Internet-Intranet based operations control for the Oil Lifting & Inventory (OL&I) Division of PT. Caltex Pacific Indonesia (CPI), a subsidiary of Chevron. The system is based on the Supply Chain Optimization and Planning Environment (SCOPE) model, and implemented through Rapid Application Development tools. The system links operations in several cities (Dumai, Duri, Minas, Rumbai, Pekanbaru, Jakarta) and also permits external access from throughout the world using the internet.
- Chief System Designer (1996-1997) in the development of a proprietary payroll and financial control system for PT Kharisma, a Labor Supplier based in Jakarta. The system accommodates the differing wage calculation systems (and forms) used by their clients (mostly oil companies operating in indonesia such as Unocal).
- System Designer (1996) in the development of the web-site of MM-YAI, Jakarta.
- Chief System Engineer (1996) in the development of a fully automated student administration system for UPI-YAI, STIE-YAI, and AA-YAI, Jakarta. The system automates the management of students' registration and academic results, including the prediction of class occupancy and distributions, thereby enabling/simplifying both managerial and financial controls. The system also links LANs in several different locations to form a single contiguous unit (Metropolitan Area Network).
- Senior engineer (1994-1995) in the development of a prototype for PC based computer controlled Inteligent building system. The prototype enables both the metering and the switching of electrical devices commonly found in modern buildings (air conditioners, lights, elevators, ventilation fans, sensors/detectors, etc).

Assignments :
- Project Officer (1993-1994) in the development of a Cellular-phone to PABX Link. The objective was to provide a way around the usual problems arising from the use of regular phone lines and provides an alternative during the down-time frequently encountered when using regular phone lines. The project is also a preliminary step to developing a computer controlled PABX.
- Chief Analyst (1993) in the development of a proprietary system for a garment and ready-to-wear trader/exporter in Jakarta. The system furnishes Order Tracking and Processing. It also incorporates a complex high performance Tax Restitution subsystem to expedite the restitution processes.
- Chief Analyst (1993) in the development of a proprietary system for PT. Orom Barona Intl., Jakarta, producer of stuffed toys for overseas market. The system was based on the Automated Business Series and adapted for Netware networks. Special provisions were taken for data interchange between the main office in Jakarta and the factory in Ciawi.
- Project Officer (1992-1993) in the development of "Automated Business Management Series" Software that includes Multi-Currency-Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Control, Inventory, Man-Power-Management, Production & Manufacturing, Distribution & Merchandising, and Sales Management. The data can be located in large computers and the system can employ several large distributed network databases such as the ones from Sybase and Oracle.
- Representative officer (1992-1993) for ABM in the ABM-Infonusa Joint Operation, Jakarta. The joint operation was enacted to explore the prospect of providing high level software support services for all Microsoft Products, especially in interconnecting to large computers. The Jakarta office was responsible for the marketing, while all technical support is furnished from Bandung.
- Member of the organizing committee (1991-1992) of the official Microsoft Windows Safari, a series of seminars and expositions conducted in Semarang, Surabaya, Malang, Denpasar, and Bandung. The Safari was accomplished under the auspices of Steve Husband, Business Development Manager from Microsoft's Headquarters. The objective was to introduce Microsoft's products (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.), market penetration on the Lotus-Wordstar stronghold, and to open the way for multimedia windows and ultimately for the Windows NT.
- Chief system analyst (1991-1992) for the development of the decision support system for KUT (Farming Loan) and SISBIGRA (the Bina-Graha Information System; Bina-Graha is the office of the president) under the auspices of General Solihin (army, retired), at the time secretary for the control of development operations (SEKDALOPBANG), and General Hardiono (army, retired), founder of PUSPULAHTA A.D. the army's center for data collection and processing.
The conceived system processes data sent from all state-departments, provincial governor offices, and all non-departmental state agencies. The data included numeric and text data, as well as maps, photos and satellite images.
- Project team member (1991) of the Human Resource Development Project. Officially given by Microsoft and Ashton-Tate (later annexed into Borland intl.), the project's purpose was to disseminate new information to schools and educational bodies, and to develop new methodologies for the education of certain software applications.
- Advisor (1991) in the development of inventory and Point-Of-Sale system (retailing system that links cash registers to computers). The system was afterwards implemented at several departement stores in the Western Java Province.

Assignments :
- Chief Engineer (1991) in the team for the "Reassessment and Design Of the Telecommunication and Data Processing Systems", part of the restructuring of the PT Tambang Timah. The objective was to streamline the company's proprietary systems which cover Jakarta, Bangka island, Belitung island, Singkep island, Batam island, and Singapore. Includes the redesigning of the proprietary telephone network, land to sea VHF-radio network (for ships, boats and dredges), inter-island UHF radio-link network, inter-island TV relay network, data processing system, and computer data-link systems.
- Chief Engineer (1991) in developing an optical character recognition system, which also incorporates the use of a sheet feeder, for the HP Scanner Scanjet II+, with the cooperation of PT Berca (HP representative for Indonesia). The system was originally conceived to accelerate data input from survey questionnaires during the "Study of Critical Spare Parts in the Textile Industri in Indonesia", a project under the Ministry of Industry.
- Team-leader (1991) in developing the Patients and Treatment Data Base for an Allergy Medical Clinic, Jakarta. The system was implemented using "C" and Oracle RDBMS on a PC network.
- Liaison Officer (1990-1991) in the joint-operation between NTT-International (Japan), Tri Patra Engineering, and PT. Jasa Purna Reka, in the Telekom-III project under the auspices of Perusahaan Umum Telekomunikasi (PERUMTEL).
- System Analyst (1990) in a joint-operation between the consulting firm "Dr. Parapat and associates" and "PT. Jasa Purna Reka", to develop a system for managing radio frequency allocation in Indonesia, a project given by the Directorate of Frequency (DITFREK), Jakarta. The system was implemented using "COBOL" and Oracle RDBMS on DEC's VAX-II.
- Team-leader (1990) in developing an Electronic Bidding System and a Real-Time Computerized Stock Trading System for the Stock Exchanges in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Semarang. The design was completed and a working prototype was demonstrated, but the system was not implemented because the state's stock exchange administrator (BAPEPAM) later declined the use of a computerized system since the stock exchanges was at the time deemed as immature.
- Team Leader (1989-1990) in the development of Computerized Factory Management system (Cofam) a complete factory information and control system for Federal Motor, Jakarta, the manufacturer of Honda motorcycles. The system was developed to take over the role of IBM's MAPICS when the management decided to switch from IBM mainframes to DEC mainframes (at the time, MAPICS was not available on DEC platforms). In addition the system complied to the Kanban concepts, enabling the implementation of near zero-inventory.

- Team Leader (1988-1989) in the development of personnel database and information system for the West-Jawa Provincial Government, Bandung. The project also requires the development of a page-scanner as none was available in the market at the time.
- Programming team member (1988) in the development of a Management Information System for PT. Altamira Ekatama, an automotive dealer/leasing company, Bandung. The MIS was developed using Oracle RDBMS on a DEC-VAX II platform.
- Programming team member (1987-1988) in developing a computerized card-reader and grading system for the SMA 3 high school, Bogor. The team developed a card-reader/mark-reader for computerized grading of the results of tests and school-examinations.
- Programming team member (1986-1987) in developing the Information System for Gas Facilities in Indonesia (Sistem Informasi Sarana Gas Indonesia, SISGIN) for PERTAMINA (the state oil monopoly), Jakarta. The sistem was developed to standardize and computerize the regular reports submitted by foreign oil contractors.
- Programming team member (1984-1985) in developing a Well-Pump Production Simulation System for Arco, Jakarta, in charge of developing calculation subroutines for the simulation, using finite-difference method. The system was created to determine the optimum production level for oil wells utilizing well-pumps.
- Team-leader (1984) in developing a computer based forecasting of hotel occupancy based on occupancy data gathered for several years at the major hotels in Jakarta. The study was launched to asses the feasibility of the expansion plans of several hotels in Jakarta after the PATA conference (Pacific-Asia Tourism Association).
- Programming team member (1984) in developing a prototype of Crude Oil Reserve Simulation System for Arco, Jakarta, in charge of developing kernel subroutines that will do all calculations during simulation by using simultaneous differential equations. The system was based on the Black Oil Simulation.
- Other on-going assignments were the interfacing of computers to mechanical devices, such as modifying sewing machines to embroidery machines, adapting IBM Composers (Type Setter) to act as computer network printers, development of numericaly-controled flexible paper cutting machine, and development of computerized industrial valves & actuators (for implementing industrial-process control system).

- Team Leader (1984) in the development of the MIS for the ROSDA group, book publisher and distributor, Bandung - Jakarta. Besides handling the accounting and the inventory, the system also handles book distribution through consignments.
- Team Leader (1983-1984) in the development of Accounting and Inventory System for the Singa Kencana group, with special provisions for the management of the distribution of cement and building materials in West-Java, Bandung - Jakarta. It was one of first commercial systems in Indonesia employing computer communications between the head office and the branch offices.
- Team Leader (1983) in the development of Broadcasting-Materials Database at PT. Ardan Broadcasting System, Bandung. The data base enables radio announcer and jockeys to ensure the suitability between the audience-preferences survey results and broadcasting-materials (News-clips, songs, advertisements, and jockey styles). This initiative bolsters the radio company to the top of the pop-radio category for Bandung-area, according to the ratings of PT. Survey Research Indonesia (SRI).
- Junior team member (1982-1983) in several Communication System Plannings conducted for Perusahaan Umum Telekomunikasi (PERUMTEL) by The Societe Francais de Etude de Communication (Sofrecom), Bandung. The plannings include the development of the Packet Satellite Network (SKDP), Trans-Sulawesi Network, The Master plan for the Jawa Island Communications Network, dan The Studies for the Jakarta - Surabaya Fiber Optic link.
- Programming team member (1982) in the Personnel Study for the PJKA head office (state owned train company), Bandung, using SPSS on the IBM Mainframe. The purpose of the study and the analysis is to establish the correlation between employee background and productivity .
- Programming team member (1982) in the project for the "Improvement of the Management Information System (MIS)" of the head-office of PT. Perkebunan XII, the state's regional plantation, Bandung. The improvement project was warranted to accommodate new changes into the Information System that was already in use (previously created by SGV-Oetomo).
- Co-founder (1981) and Vice President (1981-1984) of Ardan Broadcasting Corporation, Bandung. In charge of Radio-Audio Engineering, Programme Planning, and Radio Audience Surveys/Studies.
