Today..I got my nails done. hehehe...damn I am always thankful for that day! (Ok, So Maria spoils me) *giggles* Its just that the second week is a tough one..hehe...either you keep your nails painted or you get the urge to pick em all off....OHHHHHH the trials and tribulations of being me.....;) *giggles* Let's see...what has 1999 brought me so far....well...Brad and I went to Cancun for a week of LOVELY vacationing time with our friends Maria and Jason. It was a hella good time! We recommend it! We stayed at the El Publito. It was a great place...very homey and comfortable. It wasn't your normal classy hotely like place...it was set up in little villas....when we first pulled up we weren't impressed but after you get situated you will appreciate its set up. We also HIGHLEY recommend the snorkling tours givin by 'Snorkle Adventures'. They take you for a day long trip of snorkling, lunch, and lounging on a secluded beach. They take you on three 45 minute trips of snorkling! That is great! which reminds me...*giggles* We went on another snorkling tour and it was one trip out of the boat in 25 foot deep waters looking at over used reefs...(too bothered my humans)anyways.....after awhile of floating and looking into the depths the swells of going up and down....uuup and doownn...uuuuppp and dowwwwnnn...this chick started feeling queasy...needless to say..I hollered to Brad and we made our way back to the boat..hehe....still I ended up...half overboard...feeding the fish. UGH...hehe....while everyone else ate lunch I laid in the sun recovering. On that trip we were on Isla Mejerues (The Island of Women). So second half of that tour they took us shopping on another part of the island...;) Our trip was all inclusive which kicks ass! All your drinks and meals are included in your package. You can't beat it...meaning free meals and free beer or what you drink! It was perfect. After awhile though you get a little burnt on the buffets and such so we ventured out to The Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe and Moma Roma's. ;) 1999 has also brought me my 26th birthday! 26....26......26!!! *giggles* ouchiewawa... Also, I am looking for a job!! Yes, a JOB!! and actually I am looking forward to going back to work. I can't believe how fast 6 months has went by!! I was a bum and I tell you.....I did a hell of a job at being one!!....I guess its time to turn into a responsible human being again!! *giggles*  |
