Some thing I bet you didn't know: Egyptians would remove all the insides of a person before making them into a mummy. Everything except the heart. They left the heart in the body because they thought that the heart is what you used to think with. Because every time you got scared, excited, ect. your heart is what would beat faster and faster. So, they left the heart in, because you would need it when you came back to life. Interesting eh? Did you also know that the way they took your brain out of your head was thru your nose? They would stick a metal stick with a hook on the end up your nose and into your brain cavity and swirl it around like a wisk until your brains were almost purified and would run out your nose. Pretty gross eh? *giggles* Just thought I'd share a little of my knowledge with ya...*hehe* As for the job hunting scene...I called that place I interviewed at today and they are still interviewing....man are they slow. But, I guess its a good thing because that means I haven't been taken out of the running...yet...;) Anyways, I sent out a few more resumes yesterday...so the search continues....  |
