This web site is not a "one man" affair. I could not have gotten this far without the generosity and free services that many, many people out there have provided. Here, I will try and list all of these people, without whom this website wouldn't be what it is. If I've forgotten anybody, please do not take offense, but send me e-mail so that I can add your name to the list right away.
These are in no particular order.
Netscape: Without their excellent and free Netscape Navigator Gold Web browser and WYSIWYG HTML editor, this website really wouldn't be a reality!
Netcom: Without them, I would have no Internet connection! If you are looking for good quality, affordable Internet access across the country, then Netcom is definitely the way to go. No matter what city you live in or are visiting, chances are that you'll find a Netcom dial-in number that is a local phone call.
GeoCities: Thank you, GeoCities, for the 2 MB of free Webspace you offer to anyone who wants it. If you want to make your presence felt on the Web, a home page is the perfect way to do it, and Geocities will give you one, complete with a maximum storage of 2 MB, absolutely free. They provide many services that you can use, such as CGI scripts for Fill-out Forms and Web counters, and even a free E-mail account if you want one.
HotMail and Juno: I'd like to thank HotMail for giving me my free E-mail account. These are excellent ways to get free E-mail. Use JUNO if you do not have, or cannot use, an Internet connection (i.e. if you want e-mail at home, but your job doesn't let you use your Internet connection at home). HotMail is for those who already have an Internet connection, but want an e-mail account; you access their service through the Web. And both are free.
Internet Link Exchange: Without these guys, I wouldn't be able to freely advertise my site (using ad banners) on literally millions of other Web sites. And the service is free: all I have to do is put an Internet Link Exchange banner on my site (thus advertising someone else's site). It's sort of a "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" arrangement.
Monolith Internet Services: These people are great! They provide, for free, services that would normally cost a bit of money to implement. Services include DNS (nameserver) services for both static AND dynamic IP addresses, and their "At Home" service (which gives you a pseudo-domain name for your Web site). This site uses their "At Home" service, which allows us to have our own, fairly-easy-to-remember URL (http://LycraLand.base.org/). Please visit their website for more information on the services that they offer.
The MIDI Zone: Thanks go to this excellent website, which is a compilation of hundreds of high-quality MIDI files. I've listened to them while writing code or Web pages, and I have featured some of them as the song that plays when you load up my page.
World-Famous Guestbook Server: They provide the free Guest Book that visitors to this site can sign and read.
Thanks to the countless individuals out there who have e-mailed me, or posted on the net, the graphics which I feature in my Lycra Pictures gallery.
And last, but certainly not least, I would like to thank you, the viewers who surf in to this Web page. Without you, all of this would be pointless. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
