| One of the better things about my Hong Kong years was the opportunity to meet and get to know Cousin Ming. Amazing how two people who have not met each other for so many years, could just get along so well. Blood ties? Or just plain lucky with the chemistry? Anyway. Our wicked sense of humour dovetailed so well that it prompted someone to ask, "How long did you say you guys haven't met?" |

Cousin Ming got married and I flew in to town just for the wedding, and flew out again to make a meeting. I was in Geneva then, and boy, was that hard work. But you know - for all the suffering - just being there was so worth it! Here's a picture of the happy couple (not the best, but Devin has this predeliction for getting red eye in pictures!)
Getting to know her also led me to get to know some of my US relatives... Well. She's now a mother, and I actually had some input in naming their children!
