The Singapore GeoPages Webring is meant for Geocities pages made by anyone residing in Singapore or any Singaporean. You can own a homepage in any of the Geocities neighborhoods. Since the webring will consist of Geocities sites, all your pages should therefore abide by the Geocities Guidelines. Currently there are 4 separate ring codes to choose from. The one you see below is the main / default one. If you decide to use the main code, you can copy and paste the coding directly from the email you receive without changing it. However, if you want to use the alternate ring codes, you will need to copy them from the Ring Codes page. You will not need to replace any info as we have an all new HTML Fragment Generator, isn't that cool? ;) The main ring fragment and information will be mailed to you when you have submitted your site. You would also need to save the graphic to you hard drive and transfer it to your space at Geocities. To do so, right-click on the graphic - choose Save Image as... Here are the rules in a short & sweet manner:
- your site must be in Geocities (any neighborhood will do)
- must abide by Geocities Guidelines
- you must either be a Singaporean or someone living in Singapore
- graphic must reside on your site
- ring code must be found on your page within 2 weeks (14 days)
- emails sent to you should not bounce
- the ring code must not be tampered with except when re-referencing the image tags to the right sub-directory
- url (web address) submitted must be exactly where ring code can be found
for example, if you are placing the code on a separate rings page (webrings.html), list your url as http://www.oocities.org/Neighborhood/1234/webrings.html and not http://www.oocities.org/Neighborhood/1234
