For the last several days I've had a lingering illness hanging on...and have felt like crap....and I'm sure some depression was mixed in as well. This job hunting stuff sure sucks dog do.... But today, I went to a temp agency, CBS Personnel and I really liked them, I am supposed to go there tomarrow to take some tests...;) I couldn't do it today because I had another interview at a Local Newspaper for a job in Classifieds. The Ad Manager interviewed me and she was so likable. ;) I left the interview feeling pretty good....even smiling happily...just from meeting such a nice person. She was real, not fake not uppety...I really liked her and she made the job seem like something I would like. She also present the place to be a "Team" "No one is right" made me feel like...if you had an idea...you wouldn't be afraid to share it. I like that idea. The job didn't pay much really, but its more then I'm making now! ;) She said that I seemed like a primary candidate and would call for second interviews, but I would hear either way...by the time I got home today she had already called me. But, I have to call in the morning to see what she has to say considering it was after working hours when I got the message...;) So we will see. That job I interviewed for 3 weeks ago still hasn't called. Pretty Frustrating...makes me wonder if I would want to work for a place so damn slow....but of course it pays $2 more an hour then the Classifieds job....but money doesn't buy happiness Now does it? *smiles* |
