August 4th, 1998
Internet Logger 2 will be published on Mid-August up to early on September - Sorry for the delay, but your patience will be worth-while!
New version will be bug-free, and will offer:
Multiple users.
Flexable Cost Management.
Security Management that can be used to block access to the internet from every possible way other than Internet Logger itself.
Time Limits - both general and individual settings.
Improved view of the log.
And much, much more features based on your wonderful suggestion and comments.
There will also be several downloading sites for your convinience.
Internet Logger is a FREEWARE program i made in my spare time.
It is especially designed to replace the default Internet Dial-Up Dialog.
The thing that uniques this program, is the ability to log the activity of multiple users on the same machine.
It logs the time each user spend at the internet, in addition to various more logging features.
Among all it features, there's one i really like. It is possible to set programs that will be run automatically once connection is made. This feature is particulary handy for me, because for example, i don't like to waste resources on the ICQ NetDetect, and now i don't need to use it!
This program only works on Windows95/98/NT, and has only been tested on Windows95.
This program needs the Visual Basic 5.0 Runtime libraries.
If you don't already have them, you can get them:
Here for the Runtime Module,
and Here, for the MFC 4.2 Runtime Library.
Don't worry, you probably have both.

Click here to download Internet Logger's latest version (2074KB). Note: It is strongly recommended that you wait for the release of Internet Logger 2.
If you already installed version 1.0 or 1.1, you don't need to download all over again. Simply download This file, unzip it, and copy it over the old logger.exe (80KB).
This program is a FREEWARE. Which means:
A) You don't have to pay anything, and you get the best version there is.
B) Technical Support is not guaranteed, but i will try my best to answer any question.
C) You run this program at your own risk. Although it has been successfully tested on several computers, I am in no way responsible to anything that occurs as a result of using this program.

I would like to thank:

Tamir Sasson and Gary Greif, for finding a major bug in version 1.0 and 1.1.
Geocities, for the free space for the homepage.
CJB.NET, for the free shorter address.
Icon Bazaar, for the free good source of images.
Note: my program is freeware. This ad is simply a link to a very cool site-promotion page, and has nothing to do with my program.
