Sorry for the late arrival, i've been very busy... but hey, after all - IT'S FREE!
I'm publishing Internet Logger 2 without a proper BETA testing, and it does not include Security Management as promised. I'm joining the army now, and won't have much time to get around it.
If you find any bug, please E-mail me about it and i'll see what i can do when i get to it.
Internet Logger is a FREEWARE program i made in my spare time.
It is especially designed to replace the default Internet Dial-Up Dialog.
The thing that uniques this program, is the ability to log the activity of multiple users on the same machine.
It logs the time each user spend at the internet, in addition to various more logging features.
Internet Logger 2 has a very flexible Cost Management System, that will allow you to:
Calculate the amount of money each person in your house is spending on the internet.
Limit a certain user on the amount of time or money spent at the internet.
Use time/cost limitation on an allowance basis, for e.g. give one user 50$ for every two months.
And much, much more!
Internet Logger requires the Visual Basic Runtime Libraries.
Check your windows "System" directory (probably C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM) for the following files. If they're all there, you are ready to download Internet Logger 2. If not, go Here and download the VB Runtime Libraries. Make sure you have BOTH VB4 and VB5 Runtime Libraries.
MSVBVM50.DLL, STDOLE2.TLB, OLEAUT32.DLL, OLEPRO32.DLL, ASYCFILT.DLL, CTL3D32.DLL, COMCAT.DLL, MFC40.DLL, MSVCRT40.DLL.
You can download Internet Logger 2 (1,773KB) by using The Web (HTTP), or by using FTP. The FTP protocol covers more sites from the globe.
If you have problems running the program, you can download a fix Here. Just copy it over the old Logger.exe. There is no need to download it if you didn't encounter any bugs, because if fixes bugs that happen only on the first runs.
Since there's no help file, I made the Hints and Tips page. Since i'm joining the army, I won't have time to work on a real help file. Hope this helps!
