My Boyfriend Won't Use A Condom!

Dear Mayv & Lissa,
I'm 16 and my boyfriend is 17. We have been going out for 5 months and we want to have sex. I have never been with anyone before, but he has. We have talked about this and he says he does not want to use a condom. He says he can't feel anything through a condom. He says he has no diseases and that I should trust him. I love him and want to have sex with him, but am not sure what to do. It's not a matter of getting pregnant b/c I am on the pill. Please help!

Dear Confused,
You should NOT have sex with this boy! You shouldn't "trust" anyone when it comes to sexually transmitted diseases - this is your life we're talking about! We must say that it is smart of you to doubt him and refuse to sleep with him without protection. If he cared about you then he would go along with your preferences of using a condom. Under no circum stances should you have sex with him until he agrees to wear one. It is only fair to you and your health.
