Groovy, baby!

This page is dedicated to my favorite movie of all time: Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery. In case you haven't seen this movie please take the following steps:

First of all, hit yourself for never renting this movie before. (You don't have to hit hard!)
Next, you have an option. If you have a driver's license (and a vehicle) RUN TO YOUR CAR, JUMP IN AND DRIVE TO YOUR NEAREST VIDEO STORE!!!!!
OK, for those of you unfortunate people like me who don't have your license yet, find a friend, family member, or other person to take you directly to a movie place and RENT AUSTIN POWERS!!! And, hey, if you're feeling really productive you could always walk =)
Ok , now that you're back (video in hand), sprint to your VCR , pop in the tape, press play, and LAUGH!

So, did you like it? Wait! Don't answer that, I know you did! I have seen this movie 17 times, and I laugh harder every time! Austin Powers was released in the U.S. on March 3rd. Can anyone guess what I went to the mall to buy that day? I'm pretty sure the release date in England is set for March 30th.

Did anyone see Mike Myers on The Rosie O'Donell Show? Well, he was there on April 10th. I caught the end of it. Get this, he wrote Austin Powers in three weeks! Three weeks! The man is a genius! My mentor. :-)

Guess what? I was VERY excited to find out that there will be a sequel to Austin Powers! I'm not sure of a storyline or anything, but I have heard that Mike Myers will once again write and star in it. The release date has been announced as January 1, 1999!
