Who We Are:
		The founders of the DsHearts-NJNY list are SmoothDancer and april, a married D/s couple living in northern New Jersey. We are both professionals in our 40s, married over 12 years now. We started with D/s from our third date, but it took us a long time to learn how to integrate the dominance and submission with the rest of our lives. Now we live what we call a "heavily-modified 24/7"--balancing the D/s with work, kids, etc. SD is a mellow Dom, while april is a feisty feminist sub--but we have a good time together and love each other very much. And while we enjoy parties as much as the next person--we are often the first ones playing--we find that we were not meeting similar couples. Instead, there were a lots of singles, or short-term couples, or "people married to other people." So we decided to start this list, for married/living-together D/s couples in the NJ-NY region. With any luck, we will provide a forum for making new friends, and for bringing together people who would otherwise have a tough time finding each other.
