Using the Save Command in GeoBuilder |

Using the "Save" Command |
Perform the following steps:
 |
- Click the [Save] button on the Toolbar or select Save from the File menu.
(A pop-up window will appear with "NewFile.html" in the name field by default.)

- Change the file name so it describes your page. For example, if you want a page to be your Home Page, you would name the file "index.html".

- Click the [Save] button in the pop-up window to save the file.

Using the "Save As" Command |
There may be occasions when you want to save your page under a different name. You may want to:
- Save the page as an unfinished draft
- Label a page as an old version
- Create a backup copy
- Use an existing page as a starting point (or template) for a new page
To save a page under a different name, perform the following steps:

- Select Save As from the File pull-down menu. (A pop-up window will appear.)

- Change the file name so it appropriately describes your page. For example, if your page is about children, you may want to save it as "kids.html".

- Click the [Save] button in the pop-up window to save the file.
