What on EARTH?
A big fan of Q-tips made an unofficial, fun fan page about her favorite cotton swab. Amazingly, Cheeseborough-Ponds got wind of it and shut her down! They felt she was abusing the copyright of their product for her own gains. It is apparent by their claims that nobody in their company has any knowledge of the internet and misunderstood her motives for having a fan page for their product. In particular, since there is no Official Homepage for Q-tips or any web presence at all for Cheeseborouigh-Ponds, or even e-mail addresses to write to. There is no representation of Q-tips at all on the World Wide Web, save for her ex-page. The Q-tips page is now for most purposes defunct- but still visit this site for her unbelievable account of the proceedings, and then visit her new site, The Cue-tips page!

David Letterman brings us DaveCam, a supposedly live video feed, showing us the everyday Dave- goofing off at home, his living room, the studio. Though undoubtedly staged, this welcome goofiness brought a smile to my incredulous face while hunting for info for my famous Hoosiers page.
