DREAM LOVER
He's tall and dark;
He's always smiling,
Except when he's not.
He's my strength
And my weakness
He rubs my feet
He caresses my cheek
He's always there when I need him.
He works hard
except when he's playing.
He sings like a toad,
but his voice
is like music to me.
His quiet gaze
is my warmth
He is
as a ship on the high seas,
a loner...
Yet, I feel him near me all the time.
He's generous
but a miser
He wants no one
around me
when he's not there.
Yet, he lets me go my own way.
We laugh together;
we cry together;
we love together;
He's my dream lover!
Oh, where is he?
