A group of citizens who felt as though the Friendship Fire Co. #1 was having difficulty's covering the north end of the fast growing city, chartered the Good Will Fire Company #2 on April 22, 1887. Since then, the company has been through its up's and downs and has gone through major changes with time and technology.

| September 3,1945 | -Good Will Fire Co. host a VJ Day Parade, considered by most oldtimers to be the biggest parade in City history, an estimated 50,000 people lined the street to watch the parade |

| April 22, 1987 | -Good Will Fire Co. celebrates it's 100th anniversery |
