Which no one can decode.
Nor can track down the error
At the end user node.

Your icons won't open.
Your WINDOWS won't close.
The spread sheets are working,
But only in columns, not rows.

Your password's invalid.
The fax line's not relating.
Perhaps if your modem
Was equipped with call-waiting.

Your Power Point is powerless.
Your hard drive Microsoft.
You can't decipher anything.
The computer virus coughed.

It seems as if you can't perform
Let alone EXCEL.
Your MIS is MIA
As far as you can tell.

But please don't worry
If things don't turnout right.
Things are sure to improve,
If only byte by byte.
