Tokens Tokens Tokens

So the almighty token and its power has enticed you. Every day I have atleast one person inquire as to how to earn more tokens than just the standard 60 per hour. I have compiled a list of ways to make your wealth grow. But be warned, being rich has its problems.....

1. Furniture Delivery Service. Just stand around the Elevator and macro that you are willing to help get furniture specially chairs at a small price. Remember, while you are macroing and helping you are also earning that 60 tokens an hour so don't price yourself out of a job. You may want to come up with some sort of gimmic like a funny reason why you need the tokens or a great macro.

2. A store. No, most store don't need large inventories to start with just items that arent in the vendo currently. All you need to do is buy alot of the small priced items in a short term vendo and then open a speciality shop (1 room). Put a twist on the shop and sale to get people in like a theme for the store. As you gain more tokens buy more items. You can also forgo the turf and just run your shop out of your pocket and call it a PocketShop or the World's Smallest Shop.

3. Run a Dating Service. All you need to is get clients and match them up with other clients and arrange for a Date like a dinner or a night in the park. Use your imagination when it comes to the questionaire and dates. The more unusually and interesting you make it the morely likely you will get clients.

4. Run a Theatre. We all could go for more entertainment and what better way than putting on a play. The plays don't have to be long and involved. You can charge for admission and also do a program up on a web page and go to the local groups and stores and what-not and ask if they want to take an ad out in the program. Yes this is alot of fun but it may pay off in other ways.

5. Trash Man service. Stand out side the Elevators and Macro that you will take to the pawn machine anyone's junk like empty paint cans, or bricks, or leftover building materials. You can ask for a cut or all of the pawn value of the item.

6. Run a newspaper. Easy enough to become the next voice of the people if you have the ability to write and keep up with the news. Just a Website and a knack for writing is all you need. Sell ads to the groups and store and game hosts. The newspaper doesn't have to come out everyday and have everything in it. You can even specialize it like it being the BingoNews and only carry the news about winnings and bingo news and gossip.

7. Auctioneer. Learn the fine art of auctioneering and then present yourself to those in need of selling items. A good auctioneer is someone who keeps the crowd entertained as well as getting them to bid high on stuff.

8. Decorator Service for both Turf and Avatar. If you have fashion sense then this could be very profitable for you. I see so many avatars walking around in the most unappealing colors, and boy, they could use some fashion help. Other customers are people who want to have a great looking turf but have no idea how to go about making beds, pools, and some other neat fixtures.

9. Run a Game for Profit. This many require some outlay for a host program if you are not a programmer yourself. Charge a small fee to play your game but make sure the rewards (prizes) are worth while. Also keep in mind that you probably wont get acolyte support since you are charging for the game.

10. Begging for Tokens. I hate this one when it is done wrong and is just plain annoying. If you make the begging entertaining like giving a completely absurd reason for needing the tokens people are more likely to give you a token or two.

11. Street Performer. Yes this should be under the business but this is something that would win more than tokens for yourself. If you are entertaining enough you could be asked to be involved in some of the events.

12. Walk around Vmart and the rest of the city picking up lost items like paint cans and such. Pawning these will get you tokens. Yes, it will take a long time to mass lots of tokens but you never know. Once I found 11,000+ tokens hidden away in a locale, I guess someone was leaving and decided to leave behind a present cause that week people were also finding rare stuff all over the city.

13. Be a question writer for a host. Many Hosts have much to do to prepare for their games and if you are honest enough not to cheat and smart enough to write good questions for various hosts for trivia and other word games then you may just find a niche market. I know that a few hosts who try to do a trivia on the TMA's don't have enough time to go out and find some of the more interesting and lesser known TMA's might be willing to pay for data on the TMA's.

14. Write a Host Program. If you are a programmer then you can create host programs for tokens. Just ask around, there are plenty of people with ideas for new and old games that could use a host program. One note, DON'T write another bingo host....there are already enough of them. Try writing a host that might take the fire from Bingo. There has got to be some game out there that just might do it.

15. Become a Professional Games Player. There are so many free games in the city and they offer many prizes for winning as well as Door Prizes. If you decide this is how you are going to make your living then you need to learn to play fair and not to annoy the host and other players. There are many who use this to get the "rare" items and then sell them at stores or on the street later to increase their tokens, so you will be up against some pretty tough players in most of the games. There are tricks and secrets to every game that will maximize your pontential for winning and I am not talking about cheating. The easiest trick is to get to know your host specially if its trivia. Get to know what your host likes and dislikes as well as look for patterns in the way the host runs the game for example; a Ghost Race host may select certain items in a certian order all the time.
